"Location was perfect for restaurants and shops in Santa Fe. Outdoor pool was wonderful and a big plus was parking on site and the breakfast that came with the stay."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is historic, and the preservation is well done. Very clean and comfortable, and they even had ceramic coffee cups in the room, with coffee, of course. The outside balcony and bistro table/ chairs were a surprise, nice for sitting outside of my room in the afternoon. Location was super convenient to everything- the plaza, and museums, shops, Basilica, etc. "

"Only one elevator working. The Hotel is very old and shows in the rooms decor and furniture. The pool was closed. The pool closure was very very disappointing and should have been posted on the web site."

The overall atmosphere of the property felt relaxing and well cared for, and the amenities, including the spa and bar, added a nice touch to the experience. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made a big difference in how comfortable we felt during our stay. The only area for improvement would be the check-in experience. After arrival, it would have been helpful to be personally shown to our room and offered assistance with our bags. That small level of service would elevate the experience and better match the quality of the property and staff. Overall, a great stay with just a minor opportunity to enhance the guest arrival experience."
