"Staff were excellent. Dining options in the buffet all good, nice range of options. Definite family hotel, but not too loud or crazy. Pool area good, beach very near, warm and calm. Not much around the hotel, but it didn't matter. Really friendly, and thoughtfully set up hotel. Would definitely consider for a relaxing week. "

"Loved our stay at this resort! It’s perfect if you’re looking to escape the busy island beaches as you can just relax by the pools all day. A few downsides though - make sure you reserve your tables in advance as we were turned away from the restaurant one evening due to the kitchen not being able to handle more than 4 tables at a time. Also, they don’t display wet floor signs so be careful when it rains as the area around reception is very slippery. I fell and injured my knee pretty badly. The room was lovely, quite big with a good view of the resort. In room amenities are perfect. "

"Second time at a Iberostar. It is a great place. All workers there are helpful, seem happy and work well together. You must treat them well. Very comfortable. I would come again. So relaxing. Food was good. But here are some comments - room was a little small. No room for 2 suitcases. We had to use the desk. No waste paper basket in main room ( one could fit under the bedside table.) Because of structure of desk we cold not stow things under desk. Perhaps more shelves, or hooks. - we wanted to explore the island but you had little info about it. The one person there could sell us a boat trip but we would have to take city bus to next town! We went walking outside and found a travel agent not related to your hotel. We could get a bus there for tour of caves ( and other places if we wanted) We did this …it made us enjoy our time at Iberostar even more being able to do this. Consider more help in tours - I was on roof with star prestige. Lovely but often all chairs were occupied with towels /possessions being saved. Perhaps a notice not to do this so all could enjoy "

"We are really happy we chose this hotel. Very modern, clean and well organised hotel, people who work there very friendly, helpful, smiley and make you feel like on holiday every day. Pools were amazing, pool towels and spa are free, lots to do for small kids, our baby was overmoon. The highlight of the stay was huge variety of food to choose from during the breakfast and dinner, good quality aswell. Nice touch coffee jar given in the morning per table so you dont need to waste your time qeueing next to the machine. On Sunday they even gave prosecco for breakfast which was very nice surprise. Overall, amazing standard hotel, with lots of pools for kids and nice meals you can choose for your taste, clean and enjoyable atmosphere. Thank you, Definitely will come again and recommend to my friends and family."

"This is a lovely spacious complex, nice grounds, nice big pool. Food pretty standard but nicefresh fish and meat and nice eggs and omeletes for breakfast. Rooms are much better than the reviews say, and staff v friendly. The only reason we probably wouldnt go back is the way all the sunbeds are reserved at 9am and if you dont join them in reserving some you wont have a sunbed all day. It was very annoying!"

"The hotel is lovely, v.clean, rooms adequate for a 3*. There are 4 pool areas, always found sunbeds and chairs to sit on. Splash pool is great, our toddlers loved it. Kids Club looked fab 10-2 (age 4 upwards) they did lots of activities & staff energetic. All Slushies/soft & fruit juice drinks/tea coffee/ice creams all help yourself throughout the day. Alcohol all seemed ok and true to flavour. Plastic cups are provided but bring your own lidded closable cup/bottle as there are thousands of wasps around all the pool areas. We did get stung and was constantly watching out for the kids so could never enjoy a drink/ice cream without being swamped by them so be warned! Food truly was bland, there was always a dish we could eat but no real taste to it especially dinner time. Breakfast was usual fry up/cereal/cold meats/pastries/fruit etc so all good there and lunch was same as dinner (i know its a 3*) Dining room is free for all, get there early to get a table as plates are not cleared away until you leave so they pile up on your table (only 3 staff doing the clearing so you wait around to get a cleaned table). Room cleaned/towels changed everyday v.happy Evening entertainment area to small for no. of guests - variation each night Shame Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, wish i researched more, walk to town centre with buggies took its toll as pavements v.uneven. Hotel rang for Taxis took ages & v.costly. Local bus ran hourly to 6pm I would not return to this area of Mallorca."
