"Room was a good size with comfortable beds but the noise from outside was unbearable. The hinterland facing rooms are inundated with noise from the bars/nightclubs directly across the road. I know the location of the hotel is right in the centre of Surfers Paradise so a bit of noise is to be expected, but this was next level. The buffet breakfast was very expensive and very average in quality. All the staff were friendly. When the check in attendant found out it was my daughters birthday she organised for a cupcake to be delivered to our room which was a lovely surprise. There were some positives, but as a family we probably wouldn't stay again."

"On first look it was clean but once you look a bit closer, back of most doors were dirty, inside cupboards were dirty, some of the linen was stained. Definitely could be a higher standard of clean. The permanent residents aren’t very friendly towards tourists in the complex. "
