Centrally located and 7-8 min. walk from Zürich HB. 10 min. walking to the old city and many options for dining. Clean room and friendly staff. Will definitely stay next time in Zurich!

The property is nice so is the room. But there’s no phone in the room so if you have questions about the room or things that doesn’t work in the room, you have to go all the way down to the concierge. I know Switzerland is a cold place but the time I was there, temps were in the low 70s. The room got too hot and there’s no AC. The staff said to just open the window, which I did then I see bugs flying into my room so I had to close the window.

Hotel was ok. It has a ventilation system but there is no AC. The front desk asked me to open the window for cooler temp, however bugs started going inside the room so I had to close it again. Otherwise, my stay was ok.

Reception was too clumsy. When we arrived there were so many people to checkin and it was all a chaos. There was no daily housekeeping and inspite of being so hot in Zurich , there were no ACs in the room which was informed only when we arrived there. Breakfast had very limited options with no live services at all. There was no kettle or any sort of coffee machine in room. There were lot of mosquitoes in the room as well. Also, outside the hotel there is construction going on so it’s a very unpleasant site.

Before 8:00 am they were working or doing some kind of work since they were hammering from that time until we left aroun 10:00 am that was the only day we had time to sleep a bit more and it was not possible. Also the room wasnt ready at 4:00 pm

Staff was friendly and let me even check in early without charging me a fee to do so. Only downside was there was no air conditioning and we had to sleep with the window open. Other than that everything was great and very close to the train station and other shopping.

The property was great, walkable and convenient with very close links to the city centre in a walkable distance. The staff were very friendly too and welcoming, and I got a nice surprise for my birthday too which I was celebrating during my stay.

Very friendly staff and I found it very pleasant in the common area, cozy and it looked like they consistently kept it tidied and clean, but our rooms were dirty. There was human body hair all over our floor and shower, my husband took pictures to show the staff but apparently he didn’t so that is our bad. The walls had dried liquid marks all over and many other marks that I’m not sure what they could be, and that was in both our rooms. Bedding seemed clean, there was however an odor in our room and I believe it was a strong odor of cigarette smoke, but more similar to a stale odor. I’m on the fence on whether I would stay with Ibis again, the staff really were friendly and helpful but the room condition was a turn off. Oh! It was family friendly as well, I love that they had a little kiddie corner in the common area, it was very neat!

Fantastic no-frills hotel stay at a convenient location. I have been quite used to the standard of ibis. However, this particular stay was lower than the usual high standards as the air-conditioning in our room 422 was not working that well, that I had to sacrifice using the air-conditioning by leaving the room window ajar to let him cool air from outside during our sleep for the two nights.

I woke up to beg bugs crawling on me during my one night stay. I was told that there have been issues with bed bugs recently - BEWARE! Also, the hotel refused to grant me a refund despite this issue. The service was very poor.

DO NOT STAY HERE! MY WHOLE VACATION WAS RUINED BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE. ITS WINTER AND THE ROOMS ARE VERY COLD/FREEZING. NOT TO MENTION THE BATHROOMS ARE VERY DIRTY. I HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS 3 TIMES BECAUSE OF THAT. I SHOULD’VE GRABBED MY THINGS AND REQUESTED A REFUND! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Just what I needed for this trip, walking distance to the train station and great, artsy decor. Breakfast was terrific and the restaurant staff very friendly. Would definitely come back here on my next trip through.
