This hotel provides free ticket to use train and buses!! We did not know that until AFTER. My boyfriend and I walked in the morning before check-in to ask about parking and the gentleman working there did not tell us about the vouchers. We could have saved so much money! The woman working at the front desk named Reem Patwan provided incredible customer service, thank you again. Beautiful view of the lake. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Parking was free and plentiful. The woman working at the bar with short white hair was extremely rude, she yelled at us for bringing outside food in front of many people who were sitting out at the terrace. So customer service is hit or miss at this place. Other than that, not bad for the price and location is good.

The views here are outstanding. This place made business travel feel like pleasure. Convenient parking and public transportation. I had a very nice dinner in the restaurant.

Beautiful location, very pleasant and friendly staff, breakfast was expensive at 20 Swiss Francs but everything in Switzerland is expensive. The free to use bikes is a lovely extra. A village clock chimes on the half hour and hour - it may disturb light sleepers, I dont know if it carries on all night.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. It has an amazing view of the lake, their bar/restaurant has huge windows so everywhere you go there is a gorgeous view. The rooms were just refurbished so everything was brand new. The dinner at their restaurant was great. It did help to have a car.

A perfect experience
We couldn't have enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Leman any more. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the location convenient. Our room had a large balcony with comfortable furniture overlooking the lake....very peaceful and relaxing! The hotel restaurant had a wonderful view, and the grounds offered a variety of places to sit an relax. We were also pleased to find ample free parking on site. Everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Super nice, great place for relaxing
Arrived quite late in the evening. A really nice man carried my bag for me and offered me a glass of water. I was upgraded to a great room and everyone is super nice. Great food in the restaurant too. The chef came out personally to explain something to me as I have a special diet. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, amazing views of the Alps and Lake.
Attended a wedding reception at the hotel, staff were fantastic, food amazing and rooms comfortable and clean.

Wonderful views
The hotel is a wonderful pleasant location, with the garden, terrace and restaurant facing the lake, the views are stunning. It is located up hill so you absolutely need a car, but it only takes 10 min to drive to the centre of Vevey. The toiletries are basic but the room is very clean, no view from the room I had so make sure you ask for a room with a view. But I have to say, I spent time in the garden and the restaurant and the fact the room did not have the same view did not bother me. The décor is traditional and simple but the bed is very comfortable. One point that should be improved: at the moment there are no coffee making facilities in the room. We had bbq dinner at the terrace and it was simple but "good honest food". The views really are amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful setting, staff and breakfast!
I happened to be there the hottest week of the summer and it was a bit hot for sleeping. Everyone is so very friendly and helpful. It was my second stay and I plan to visit again the the new year.

Mixed feeling on this hotel.
-ve Hotel in 15min taxi from vevey-cosy 30 chf. Claimed to be 4.5km from montraux -60 chf taxi fare. Rooms have no tea/coffee facilities- my room was not on main hotel thus if i wanted a drink i had to walk to hotel through snow/rain snd bring back to my room. The tv dont show any english channels , although it was meant tp When i complained i was told it be fixed but it wasnt. All signs ( including menu) in french +ve Hotel clean, food was reasonable quality and price. Staff tried to be helpful when asked questions although staff on reception struggled with english. When weather was good you got beautiful view of the lake.

Nice Hotel Lake Geneva
the hotel is located close to lake Geneva. its easy to find with plenty of parking. the food and accommodation is excellent. even though I arrived after the kitchen had closed they accommodated me in the restaurant.

Spectacular view and good price-performance ratio
The location is a bit far from everything since it's up on the side of a hill, but then again it provides one of the most stunning views of the Alps and Lake Geneva I've ever seen; there is also lots of free parking. The restaurant is nice as are the staff. Price-performance ratio is what you would expect. The rooms are clean but can be a bit small however - my head was almost hitting the ceiling in the shower and I had to fight off the shower curtain from sticking to me. Still, I certainly plan to stay there again.

Conference Centre Hotel in fabulous position
Experience We booked into the hotel for a one night stop-over on route to Italy. The hotel is a conference center and is geared to business users, at the time of our visit there were a number of delegates (from 3 different companies) attending training or seminars but this was not a problem to us traveling as a couple. It is in an elevated position close to the motorway, with large grounds and fantastic views across the lake. It was easy to find and has ample parking. The room was a good size, large very comfortable bed, ample storage and free wi-fi. The staff were very helpful and English was widely spoken. It has a nice bar over looking the lake. The restaurant had a reasonably priced set meal which was very nice. A good buffet breakfast was included in the price. I would recommend this hotel for a stop-over.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel zum Charly Chaplin-Museum
Für gehbehinderte Personen ist das Nebengebäude, mit einem Fussweg bergauf, eher nicht geeignet. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden- stellend, zentral gelegen und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Einfach schlecht.
Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer ohne Klimaanlage gehabt und musste, wegen Sommertemperaturen, mit offenem Fenster schlaffen. Dumeweise, die Fenster schauen auf einem gemeinsamen Balkon, wo die Gäste um 6 Uhr morgen Musik hören und Zigaretten rauchen. Ich bin von Lärm und Zigarettengestank sehr früh wach geworden und mein ganze Morgen war ruiniert.

Nice hotel with a beatiful view
The hotel was nice suited, the view was majestic. The rooms were very clean but the beds were small. We would definitely come back netx time but then a bigger room. The only thing what was strange , on Sunday the restaurant was cloesd :-(
