Nice place near Bryce

We stayed 2 nights at the cozy cottage and it was just as advertised - clean, comfortable and functional. The extra bathroom was a bonus. We enjoyed hikes at both Bryce and Kodachrome Basin.

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our group. It is spacious and very tidy with comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. It's location off Hwy 12 was very convenient for our day trips to Bryce Canyon National Park. Thank you for everything.

Bryce Canyon tour

This two bedroom home was conveniently located near Bryce Canyon entrance. Local restaurants and laundromat were nearby and a good value. This views at Bryce were amazing. The hiking was great. The home was a great place to rest and have breakfast in the morning.

Cozy Cottage was fantastic

Location is excellent, only a few minutes to Bryce Canyon, where we spent multiple days exploring. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. You can tell the considerstion put in to setting up this house. We felt very much at home at the end of each day. Definitely a 5-star offering.

Half Marathon Weekend

I needed accommodations for the Bryce Canyon half marathon weekend. This home was in the perfect location - very near the finish line. The home itself was clean, fully stocked, and the bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The host (Anita) is wonderful - very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

nice little get away

This is a great house and nice place to stay for visiting the national parks. There was new ownership with/in a couple weeks of us going. I felt like EVOLVE should have communicated that to us better as I was really unsure and confused about who to contact. I would say the communication was not seamless but other than that it was a great place to stay.

The Cozy Cottage worked out perfectly for us. Not only was it centrally located to our activity schedule for hiking at Bryce Canyon and other parks in the surrounding area but it truly met our needs for relaxing after returning from a day of hiking. The area was really quiet so we could be well rested for the next day. The Cozy Cottage was sparkling clean and well stocked for anything we might need. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area. Also, if you have any questions or concerns, Anita responded quickly via text or phone call. She was the perfect host.

A lovely stay

My family of 4 (son 16, daughter 14) stayed here for 2 nights on our hiking trip. It is perfectly situated between Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome State Park. We were able to visit both places and if Kodachrome isn't on you list, you should do it ($10 per carload and we saw maybe 20 people the whole time we were there). The Cozy Cottage was just perfect. Clean, quiet, all the amenities. Anita is lovely and helpful and left us a cute little surprise gift! My daughter woke up in the middle of the night and wanted to "look for the milky way" - it was dark enough that the stars were so bright! I'd give this place more stars if I could. Thank you for a wonderful stay Anita!

Mountain View

The house was extremely clean and comfortable. It was very well stocked. Anita has thought of everything to make your stay pleasant. Staying here was like you were at home. We enjoyed the mountain view while eating outside on the front porch with the folding table supplied. We even had a visit from a friendly well behaved dog. The wifi was good but we have AT&T and could not phone out. Apparently Verizon doesn't have this problem. Would highly recommend.

This property was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Everything was organized and accessible. The instructions were clear and simple. We greatly appreciated the well-supplied kitchen with plenty of paper products, plastic bags and storage containers (which we used to pack each day’s lunch). The area around the house was very quiet. We enjoyed our time out and about in the area so that we did not take much advantage of the inviting living room or front porch. We had one inquiry prior to arrival, and Emilee responded quickly. Everything went so well during our stay that we had no need to contact her again. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Fantaastic location and host! :)

My friend and I had an incredible time at the Cozy Cottage. It is a scenic, quiet, excellent location for exploring beautiful Bryce Canyon (just a short 20 minute drive) and the surrounding area. Anita was an amazing host! She was super fast at responding to all texts and questions. She was very helpful with dining suggestions and any other inquiries we had. One evening she even dropped by some homegrown tomatoes which were such a thoughtful, tasty treat. After we checked out, I realized that I had accidentally left two items at the Cozy Cottage and Anita graciously offered to mail them back to me and they arrived so quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better host! Also, the Cozy Cottage is the most well-stocked accommodation I've ever stayed at. Anita has thought through everything one might need or want. If I'm ever in this gorgeous area again to do some more exploring (because there really is so much close by to see and do and we simply ran out of time), I would definitely stay at the Cozy Cottage once more!
