Outstanding STAFF and hotel facilities
The hotel is outstanding but i would like to highlight the Staff they were amazing especially : Desiree Pace from the front desk and Bianca from Kids play . Desiree were super nice providing all information about our stay and further more. Bianca took care of my daughter and my daughter loved her . I forgot one of my bags in the hotel , they manage to send back for me and iam super happy the way they manage to send my bag . I strongly recommend the hotel specially for family trip , its a perfect place for parents and kids enjoy there time , together or doing the hotel activities . The view from the room is wonderful , good food etc . Thank you to make my vacation unforgettable

So the view from the hotel is nice, but the bathroom was not super clean when we arrived. There was hair on the bathroom walls which was kind of gross. The staff were some nice, some so and so and some were rude. The nice ones were helpful when we wanted to book the restaurant at the hotel, the so and so brought us the coffee at the breakfast so late that we finished our breakfast by then and the rude ones I asked them after I left to check if my reading glasses were left in my room and they kept telling me that they will keep me informed about it and still waiting for their news. They just told me at the phone they cannot help me while it is quite simple to ask their cleaning staff if a pair of glasses was left in the room. Per total the experience turned into an unpleasant one because of the latter interaction, but there were a few nice people who should not be blamed for it. Also another unpleasant thing is that they say the relaxing pool is open until 9pm but at 7pm they start to clean it so obviously you cannot swim outdoors after 7. We were given the option to swim inside which was thoughtful but why advertise something untrue?

The facilities were wonderful! Be warned that the parking garage is tight to get in and out of the spaces but everything else was magical. The resort is very thoughtfully put together, with different pools, great food (and coffee!) and services. All in all a wonderful place to stay with great views of the lake.

Family oriented hotel with a very friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is only about 15-20 minute drive from Lugano, would definitely stay here again.

Very nice location. Beautiful private area by the lake Staff didn’t help in finding the room. The room was not so comfortable and nice. Plenty of food in breakfast but not so tasty.

Loved every second. Luxury!!!
This resort is AMAZING!!!! Wow, wow, wow!!! The property is stunning with many gorgeous facilities and the rooms and views of the lake are spectacular. From the second we arrived, we felt welcomed by the beautiful staff and breakfast was simply amazing! Even though it poured rain the whole stay - we thoroughly enjoyed every minute! So much to do and see. It is a little away from anything outside the resort though, but there is so much to do at the resort - it doesn't really matter. Nothing was a problem and we loved every minute of our stay! Oh and the newly renovated room and Versace style bathroom - AWESOME!!!

not often I walk into a hotel room and say Wow, what a perfect room and view, all the staff were excellent just the right blend of friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble, the restaurants were very good, not much within walking distance so a car is essential, I will definitely come back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and had attentive and friendly service from ALL staff (except maybe the dining room manager). We would highly recommend the hotel! Those in wheelchairs should note that there are a lot of stairs--but elevators are available!

Beautiful hotel set in stunning grounds.
We have just returned from a week at this hotel and cannot honestly fault it! Warm friendly staff who make you feel that nothing is too much trouble. The location is perfect, with your own little private beach which allows you to swim in the waters of Lake Lugano. The breakfast buffet is probably the best we have ever experienced and we have been all over the world! Recommendations: hire a boat, go paddle boarding on the lake and definitely visit the Buddhist temple at the top of the complex for the most breathtaking view of Porlezza and the lake. Already looking to book for next year! I really could go on but feel you can only truly experience this little piece of heaven by visiting yourself. Thank you to all the lovely staff who made our stay so special!

Hotel premises were beautiful and well-maintained. Rooms were clean but dated with pink tiles and awkward showers in the bathroom. Staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating. In particular, Mario on the waitstaff, Ines and Jasmin at the front desk, all the staff at the boat rental dock, and all of the teen program staff were amazing. Thanks for making our stay so special.

Everything is great is ideal for cupolas or for families in the area of Lago de Como, this hotel is in lago de Lugano, but is very close to lago di como.

Great base for the lake como area!
We had a suite with lake views which was nice and spacious although nothing overly luxurious; was clean and had everything you could need except most kitchenware - there is an extra charge, although they did give us the odd item free of charge after asking at reception. Also had a safe in the room, fluffy dressing gowns, slippers, outdoor towels. The resort has loads of facilities, most of which we didn't have time to experience (including archery, yoga, massage classes and a private beach and sun terrace). Breakfast buffet was fantastic. We didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner although this looked nice, but was a set price for 3 courses. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a lovely bar too. Indoor heated swimming pool and sauna/steam room facilities were also lovely. There is what looks like a great kids club, as well as 2 other outdoor pools (too cold to use in November) so it would be nice to return in the summer! Great location - out of the main thrust of the Lake Como towns so nice and laid back but an easy 15-20 min drive across for day trips (a hire car is a must!). We had a great stay - would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if we were in the area again.

Four-star hotel rating plus very good reviews led us think, that the hotel would be very good. Unfortunately, i) the whole hotel complex was really complex and difficult to get around, ii) the junior suit we booked was large but was rather old. The noise from the room was enormous, hardly any insulation. Very good breakfast buffet. But considering the room, we would not recommend the hotel, despite alright price / performance

what a gem of a hotel this is ! Its quite hard to find ( it actually on a holiday complex ) but when you get there wow ! Apart from the hard bed, the rooms are lush, staff are 1st class and cannot do enough for you. Also had one of the best meals there that I had in Italy. 100% 1st class !

Loverly resort - highly recommended
We spent 2 days at Parco San Marco - officially the "Dependence" part, but it is all one development. It was a lovely stay for both parents and kids. The facilities were great with lots of activities available. The setting is beautiful with great views of the lake and mountains. Lugano is no more than 15 mins away with a range of other activities. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made the stay very enjoyable. Just watch out for rush-hour traffic from Lugano to Porlezza around 5-6pm on weekdays.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it sits close to The lake and has stunning views. It is very family friendly and given the time of year we could not take advantage of all the facilities. We had an issue with the type of room we booked because of a variance in what the Hotels.com website outline compared to what was given. A solution was eventually resolved after a few discussions with the friendly staff at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel however if you are not going during summer months you probably would not get the use of all facilities.

Enjoy our stay. Staff is very accommodating and nothing is never too much. Friendly staff, hotel is very clean and facilities cater for all types of families. The area is a much see and it is recommendable to have a car in order to get around the area. Best hotel I have ever stayed at in Europe and will definitely be back. Restaurants at hotel and nearby are affordable and offer very nice Italian food. Even activities at the hotel is very affordable. Would recommend any day :-)

Wonderful hotel, highly recommended. they think of everything to make your stay special from the welcoming arrival and check in to providing water for your onward journey. Please be aware of the position of this hotel - Expedia link was misleading it is not in Como, but Lugano about 1 1/2 hrs from Milan MXP airport. Completely worth the extra distance and the hotel organised a cab (160 euros). A car is recommended but we managed well enough with the local bus and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The other confusion I had was two different hotels appearing on Expedia but they are actually one and the same. They cater for families and couples and have a separate dining area, separate pool and quiet areas for those without children which works well. I went with my teenage son 14 and my older son 20. They had a ball, particularly in the private area of the lake with a large inflatable provided! Many things offered free such as trial snorkelling and boat trips. The kids clubs looked great and there is also an exclusive teenage area. I was impressed with the layout and how peaceful the place felt even though it was full. I think the kids pool got pretty busy but we didn't spend any time there. We had treatments in the spa and used the indoor facilities when the weather was bad (torrential rain and thunderstorms for two days of our trip be aware!) breakfast was an absolute delight, you can even juice your own fruit and veg! Gluten free available.
