It offers a beautiful view of the Bay of La Napoule with the Estérel mountains in the distance. Upon arrival, you directly access the ground floor terrace via a few steps, an outdoor shaded living space equipped with a large table for sea-view meals, as well as a summer kitchen with sink, cooktop, and plancha. From this terrace, you can enter the interior and the vast 100m2 bright and contemporary living space, including a living room, dining room, and modern kitchen, all with sea views. A half-level houses 2 bedrooms with a shower room and a separate toilet. The first floor features a master bedroom with a dressing room, private bathroom, and separate toilet. The bedroom has a small terrace with a panoramic view. In the garden level with direct access to the terrace and pool, there is a gym, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with toilet. At the back of the house, accessible through a passageway, is a large laundry room. At the front of the house, a large wooden terrace has been created with an infinity pool at the center, bordered by Mediterranean vegetation and complemented by a small pool house equipped with a kitchenette and toilet. The partially covered parking can accommodate 3 vehicles. This house is equipped with all modern comforts, including reversible air conditioning in each bedroom and the living-kitchen area. 5 minutes from the highway access, 25 minutes from Nice International Airport, 10 minutes from Cannes city center, and 5 minutes from the sea.
