From the entrance, you are welcomed by a luminous living space, opening onto the sea. The living room features a leather sofa, a large-screen TV, and a dining table for four. The separate, fully equipped kitchen extends the living area and leads to a glass conservatory—perfect as a breakfast nook or relaxation space—which opens onto the private garden. This thoughtfully arranged outdoor space includes a swimming pool, sun loungers, a garden lounge, and an alfresco dining area shaded by palm trees. From the main terrace adjoining the living room, a staircase leads to an exceptional rooftop. This elevated space offers panoramic views of the sea, the Lérins Islands, and the rooftops of Cannes. It is furnished with a lounge area, sunbeds, and a daybed for ultimate relaxation.
