### Stunning three bedroom apartment on seafront in Cannes with panoramic sea views - 399

This is a truly amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Right on the sea front of the Plage du Midi, the terrace has beautiful panoramic sea views.  
  
A 10-15 min drive into the centre of town and a stone's throw from the beach, this apartment is ideal for holidays and the various congresses in Cannes.  
  
The lift opens into a light, spacious lounge which has comfortable seating, TV, DVD, etc. The dining table seats 6.  
  
A vast terrace, where you are allowed to smoke, runs almost all the way around the apartment. The terrace is 125m². It has plenty of seating with a shaded breakfast area next to the kitchen.  
  
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite with a jacuzzi bath tub and the 2nd bedroom has an adjacent shower room.  
  
The study can double up as a 3rd bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed.
