In einer kleinen und ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, gelangt man in Kürze zum Strand und allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung verfügt über sehr großen Charme und ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist die Terasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Alles ist vorhanden - es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und Strandstühle, die mitgenommen werden. Il convient parfaitement pour les familles avec enfants, avec ses jeux dans la chambre d'enfants. Il est bien situé à Juan-les-Pins, à proximité de la plage, des commerces, des restaurants et de la gare. Le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil et serviable. La nuit, vous pouvez manger sur la plage et vous promener le long du rivage ou à travers la ville. Il y a un grand choix de restaurants ! Nous avons aussi fait quelques barbecues sur la terrasse, qui surplombe de beaux jardins. La voiture n'est vraiment pas nécessaire, nous l'avons laissée dans le parking sécurisé. J'ai vraiment apprécié le séjour là-bas et je le recommande vivement. ##### Damien L. Our two kids loved their sleeping room, there are a couple of beautiful beaches very close the appartement, the car park is secure, all neighbors friendly, etc...
