The separate kitchen is fully equipped and features an additional dining area for four, providing a convivial space for meal preparation and dining. The sleeping area includes: \- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a private en-suite shower room, ensuring privacy and comfort \- A second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or friends \- An additional bathroom and a separate toilet complete the layout GETTING TO THE PROPERTY From Nice Airport: About 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
