Pas pu accéder à l’hôtel, pas d’envoi de code… vous avez référencé une mauvaise adresse mail à l’hôtel qui a envoyé les infos … résultat, j’ai trouvé porte close et j’ai dû prendre une nuit dans un autre HOTEL à 21h30 !! Déplorable !!!! Inadmissible !! Toujours la même chose avec vos sites de réservation !! J’attends mon remboursement immédiat !!! Je ne passerai plus par vous et appellerai les hôtels moi même pour réserver !!!!
