Beautiful luxury apartment in secure residence 5 minutes walk from the sea, downtown Napoule, the station and all shops. Located on the ground floor in the forest of San Peyre, has a beautiful air-conditioned bedroom with King Size bed, white leather and lacquer living room, also air-conditioned, and dining room in the veranda, equipped kitchen and of course of bath. All rooms overlook the garden. Beautiful terrace which has garden furniture (table and armchairs) as well as two deckchairs. Closed and secure parking and very quiet area. Beautiful sunny and calm swimming pool even in summer. 10 mins from Cannes by car. Bus stop next to the residence

Cadre verdoyant, résidence soignée idéalement située à 5 minutes des plages et du village. L apparemment est bien équipé et les photos sont conformes. Katia est très avenante et sympathique, que du bonheur !

Nous avons été bien accueillis par une amie de la propriétaire, et le soir après son travail la propriétaire est venu nous rendre visite. Elle est charmante et nous à laisser une bouteille de bienvenue. L'appartement est magnifique super bien équipée. Prendre ces repas et le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse en rez de jardin est super. la plage est agréable pas d'algue que du sable. Il y a tellement de chose à faire qu'il faudra que l'on revienne je recommande. Patrice.

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, Küche gut ausgestattet, schöne Terasse ,mit Bäumen beschattet, ruhig. Ein toller Pool in der Anlage den man oft für sich allein hat. Das Meer mit guten Fischrestaurants ist nah ,zu Fuss erreichbar. .Gute Einkausmöglichkeit im Shopping Center in der Nähe.. Der Golfplatz Old course Mandelieu ist 5 min.entfernt..Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht auch deutsch. Die Übergabe der Wohnung hat auch reibungslos geklappt. Ingesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

deuxième séjour consécutif à MANDELIEU chez Katia. Remarque identique à l'an passé Katia fort sympatique toujours présente pour tous problèmes appartement joliment décoré ou rien ne manque pour passer de bonnes vacances. véhicule non indispensable, tout se trouve à proximité
