In the Suquet district, Cannes reveals its oldest streets and lively terraces overlooking the Old Port. Within this historic neighborhood, this duplex apartment offers a comfortable base to explore the city entirely on foot. The living room connects to a fully equipped open kitchen and provides a welcoming space after a day by the sea. Two bedrooms are arranged across two levels of the apartment, each with a double bed. One bedroom also opens onto a small outdoor terrace. Two bathrooms and a separate toilet complete the layout. Air conditioning is installed throughout the apartment to ensure comfort during the summer months. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
