It is ideally located, near the city center, close to everything, perfect to enjoy : \- Palais des festivals / Croisettes : 12 min walk \- Beaches : 15 min walk \- Supermarket : 3 min walk \- Restaurants / bars : 5 min walk The apartment will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has reversible air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom as well as an internet connection. Below are the details of the apartment's facilities: \- Living room: equipped with a TV screen - comfortable sofa - air conditioning \- American kitchen fully equipped : fridge - kettle - toaster - microwave - Nespresso \- Bedroom : 1 double bed (140X200) and air conditioning \- Bathroom : Shower and WC \- Equipment : free high speed wifi - washing machine - iron and ironing board - hair dryer - heating thanks to the reversible air conditioning. \- Additional information : 2nd floor without elevator Services offered in addition: \- early arrival, before 4 pm, according to availability \- late check-out, departure after 11:00 am, according to availability \- airport transfer / baby bed / concierge / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc... Bilingual customer service available until 8pm in season. The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
