I really liked how close the hotel is to major tourist spots and transport links. Helpful and friendly staff. However the breakfast option was very limited, they need to add more items to the menu. Only cereal and pastries is not worth €12.

Localisation exceptionnelle
Hôtel remarquablement situé, à deux pas du Palais des Festivals. Nous étions au 3ème étage : eau chaude très capricieuse pour la douche. Sinon, pas de balayette/brosse dans les WC (décision curieuse de la Direction ?!?). En dehors de cela, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Struttura in ottimo stato, la camera spaziosa è bagno nuovo con comoda doccia. Il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Certamente sarà la tappa fissa dei mie soggiorni a Cannes.

Staying in the street is better than staying there
We had médecine that should stay on the fridge because my husband is diabetic and the receptionist refused to take it, the hotel is not clean , the noise between room is just unacceptable : the most horrible stay . More we stayed one day only in stead of 3 , they took the hole stay at arrivée and they didn’t want to refund the 2 night!

Best location, but very basic in the provided facilities, even there is no fridge. We loved the lady in the reception. She is so kind.

Great Location, Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff!
The hotel is in an amazing location, only a few streets back from beach. Check-in was smooth and easy and you can leave your bags in reception until your room is ready. Staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Room was very clean and cleaners came everyday to clean the room. One downside of the room is that it is a little small, which is fine for a couple anyway and you don't spend much time in the room. We were also on the 3rd floor but the lift was very very small so had to send our two hand luggage travel cases up in the lift and we walked up. But they're only minor details as we had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again!

Lovely last-minute find!
Excellent quality-price ratio! I found this place during the film festival at a very reasonable price. The room was pretty big, but with a slanted ceiling (attention talk folk!). The bathroom was small. Overall, a clean, nice room with all the essentials. Comfortable bed. A tiny bit loud at night since it’s in the middle of town (a great advantage!). Breakfast was a decent selection and not too bad considering prices in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Old world glamour in modern Cannes
The hotel is just old school glamour that you’d expect from the French Riviera. The staff warm and friendly! The rooms are all very quiet and have double doors which is a bonus.

The hotel has a great location. One short block form Rue d'Antibes, the main shopping area. Good restaurants in the area. Hotel Cannes Croisette itself was a bit of a disappointment. It had been used by a client. So I thought I would give it a try. TINY elevator. 1 person. TINY shower, not good for most Americans. The room was well appointed, neat and clean, but small. The staff were not well informed about the area. No Concierge. Just a different front desk person every day and night. Recently in the last few years remodeled to a more "MoDern" look. No 'bellman' and front desk person on arrival took up the bags, but upon check-out staff were reluctant to come get the bags. Put them on the elevator and walked down 3 flights of stairs!!!! Staff had never heard of UBER. But I finally got the app to work and UBER was excellent, Mercedes C class is the basic car! 3 blocks to the main casino.

Superb location in Cannes.
This hotel is super close to the sea! Our room did not have any exciting views but we felt comfortable. The only thing that needs to be considered by the owners is where to hung the wet swimwear and towels as the shower area does not have a good ventilation. The staff was very friendly and let us park our car in front of the hotel for free for the night because we arrived late. Location is superb, close to water, shopping area and everything you want to see in Cannes. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location. Great value.
Couple of blocks from Palis de Festival. 1 block to Antibes shopping street. Couple of blocks to Cannes train station. Buses nearby. Tiny elevator. Lots of resturants around, and banks with ATMs. Good wireless in Lobby, not in 4th floor room.

Very relaxing. This hotel has a lift too for those needing. We used it for our luggage. La Petit Paris restaurant is just 2mins walk and is excellent.
