### Attractive 2-room apartment with terrace

My Address in Cannes, a real estate agency specialising in seasonal and short-term rentals, would be delighted to welcome you to this beautifully renovated 2-room apartment with terrace in a quiet residence just a stone's throw from Rue d'Antibes.  
  
Close to the shops, the Croisette and less than 15 minutes' walk from the Palais des Festivals.  
Very bright, with a lovely terrace, this flat is ideal for a holiday in Cannes or for attending one of the many conferences.  
The flat is located on the ground floor of a secure residence.  
It comprises an entrance hall with cupboards leading to a shower room with WC, a lounge with sofa bed and open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace, a bedroom with double bed and cupboards also opening onto the terrace.  
  
The flat is in the heart of the city, so you can enjoy everything on foot. Just 5 minutes from Rue d'Antibes, 5 minutes from the Croisette and less than 15 minutes from the Palais des Festivals, this flat is ideal for a stay with family, friends or work colleagues during a congress in Cannes!  
  
The flat has air conditioning and Wi-Fi.  
  
All our flats come with a welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinks, dishwasher tablets and washing machine.  
  
With your comfort in mind, our team will be on hand to help you during your stay.  
  
Arrival times :  
\- Early check-in or late check-out are possible at an additional cost and subject to availability and always with prior request.  
  
Cleaning :  
\- Cleaning costs cannot be negotiated and are compulsory for all stays.
