Villa Patty Luxury Cliffside Estate whit 180 Panoramic Sea View & Infinity Pool

"Our stay at Villa Patty (6 adults, 2 kids) was wonderful. The views alone are priceless! Cooks Marina and Max kept us well-fed and happy, and were completely charming (in Italian). The location was ideal, not far from Cagliari, and very close to beautiful beaches (arrive early to find parking!). With record high temperatures, the AC performed splendidly and kept us cool and comfortable during our stay. Modern bathroom facilities abound, with plenty of hot water for showers.We would recommend Villa Patty to anyone planing a visit to Sardinia. Thank you, Patrizia for being such a good host!Il nostro soggiorno a Villa Patty (6 adulti, 2 bambini) è stato meraviglioso. Il panorama da solo non ha prezzo! I cuochi Marina e Max ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio e ben nutriti, e sono stati davvero gentili (parlavano italiano). La posizione era ideale, non lontano da Cagliari e vicinissima a splendide spiagge (arrivare presto per trovare parcheggio!). Con temperature record, l'aria condizionata ha funzionato splendidamente e ci ha tenuti freschi e comodi durante tutto il soggiorno. I bagni sono moderni e dotati di abbondante acqua calda per le docce.Consigliamo Villa Patty a chiunque stia programmando una visita in Sardegna. Grazie, Patrizia, per essere stata una padrona di casa così eccezionale!"

"Just returned, what a beautiful villa would highly recommend. Nice and peaceful in your own grounds with a lovely salt water pool and a very comfortable villa to spend time in. Supermarket is walking distance and restaurants are also not far. Angela & Karim were amazing hosts and made our stay perfect. They left us to our own devices but were amazing if we needed anything. The kitchen is well equipped with all kitchen appliances and everything you need to cook if you want. Lovely personal touch with a welcome bottle of prosecco. Nice fresh towels were provided on our second week and the pool was highly maintained being checked every few days. The beach is also walking distance beautiful sand and calm sea perfect for children. We had a car so explored a few adjacent towns which was nice to see. Would recommend to anyone wanting and nice rest but can go out and explore if you wanted."

"It's like club med except Italian style. We were the only English speaking guests but wasn't a problem. Staff really helpful. Rooms clean. We went to 2 restaurants. Food always fresh. I read the reviews ie towels and cost. Should have taken our own. Access to beach was amazing. The sea is so clear. It's certainly the highlight. Negative: missed out on a boat tour as they were all booked out. Should have done that from London. Overall I loved it. Yes you do have to pay extra for chairs near the beach. We were row F. Didn't matter to us. Ps..take your own water bottle."

"We had a wonderful week at Villa Nemea. The villa is very well equipped and had lots of beach equipment that we could use. The balcony was a great place to sip a glass of wine and take in the stunning view. The pool was superb, the quirky shapes gave opportunities to float in sun or shade. Lots to do locally, the far end of the local beach was great for snorkelling and it was much quieter. Take the steps next to the Villa to walk down to the beach (15 minutes). Other beaches towards Villasimius were really beautiful. Gloria and Anna both really helpful."

"Lovely spot with a spectacular ocean view and easy access to swim in the sea. The terrasse is fantastic - even with view of dolphins. We had everything we needed in the house, well equipped kitchen and a lovely barbecue area. AC in all rooms - an absolutely must during our stay. Thanks to Luca and Stefania for having us."

"Outstanding home with all the amenities. Incredible view. Kind and generous hostess. We were greeted with pastries and starters for our week at the house. Local markets are perfect for provisioning. The pool and view were spectacular and we had a lovely week with family after a week sailing. Highly recommend!"
Villa Gabriel - Torre Delle Stelle - SARDINIA

"One of the best vacations and accommodations we have ever experienced. The Villa and grounds are impeccable and the views are spectacular- even better than the pictures. We had 8 family members ranging in age from 23-89 and everyone had plenty of space and an amazing time. We walked to and from the beach almost everyday. We rented chairs and enjoyed the crystal clear water and the cafe- so relaxing. The dinner at the Aquarium was wonderful and also in walking distance. However, our favorite dinner was hand made by Marina- the best food we have ever eaten. Luciana was gracious enough to set this up for us and I highly recommend- you will not be disappointed. Luciana and Dominique took care of every detail to make our stay worry free - they are the most gracious and friendly people. We cannot thank them enough for welcoming our family and making sure my mom had the experience of her lifetime. We hated leaving but are hoping to return again. Thank you again for all you did to make our family feel welcomed."
