"The best rental we’ve ever stayed in.Our family of eight, including kids and grandpa, found everything we needed—and more.The host was wonderful: kind, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything.The little beach is within walking distance, although you can also drive there if you prefer.Access to the ocean is absolutely magnificent when the sea is calm, but it can be a bit tricky when it’s windy, so be careful.And the view… simply breathtaking. "We had an amazing week staying at Villa Alba. The pool, gardens, and outdoor seating were the highlights, and provided plenty of space and seating for a group of 8 adults. There was almost a different place to sit each evening that we were there.Prior to arriving in Sardinia, Michele provided lots of documentation on the property and also recommendations on things to do, nearby ammenities, and restaurants which was really well documented. We were able to check-in early at 2pm rather than 4pm, which was great after an early flight.The kitchen is relatively small, but is well configured, with lots of hobs, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage. BBQ outside which we used on one evening to cook fish we bought from the fishmonger only a two minute walk away from the villa.There's also a supermarket, bar, and restaruant only two minutes from the villa as well.All the bedrooms and the lounge/indoor dining area have AC. Towels provided, but not toiletteries so make sure you bring/buy your own.The main attraction is really the outdoor area, it is fantastic. Beautiful garden with colourful flowers and trees, pool was clean, and lots of places to sit (in the sun or under shade). There's also a beach with crystal clear water at the end of the road as well which we spent a lot of time at.I would definitely recommend staying here, perfect for large families or groups."

"Fabulous location with steps from the villa down to a fairly quiet rocky beach which was great for snorkelling and swimming. Spacious comfortable accommodation with amazing views. The drive is steep down to the carport and needs caution reversing out. The pool is not heated, deep and not suitable for young children that are unable to swim. The electrics kept tripping when using the cooker unless other appliances were switched off. We had plumbing issues with a leaking toilet which was resolved promptly. The host was very helpful with any of our queries."
