"We were not able to check in when we returned to the hotel more than an hour after check in time because our "floors hadn't been cleaned" - mind you, we dropped our baggage off around 9:30am and did all of the check in paperwork at that time, so they knew they were coming in. When they finally had our room ready, nearly 90 minutes after check in, we were greeted with a room with schmutz on the floors and dust bunnies in the corners beside the bathroom vanity... The staff was rude and flippant when we expressed our discontent with the check in issues as though it is the norm for this hotel to not have rooms ready at check in time. Not to mention there was mold growing in the shower, the hot tub was the color of Red Bull, and the grounds were a hot mess. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Location was nice but the electrical outlets did not work. The hotel service team put a core from one side of the room to the other side just for the TV. I was not able to charge my phone or make coffee in the morning. "
