SOLEIL BLEU Residence, ideal for 6 people. A rare gem! Magnificent 2-bedroom apartment (49 m²) on the 7th floor of a beachfront residence with an incredible sea view.  
Beautiful, spacious living room (with a 140 cm sofa bed), separate kitchen opening onto a loggia and a terrace with panoramic sea views.  
Two lovely bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm twin beds), opening onto a balcony with views of the Canigou mountain, the Canet lagoon, and sublime sunsets, a lovely bathroom, and a separate toilet. Amenities: TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Garden furniture, Wi-Fi, Private parking
