I gave this hotel an outstanding rating even though we experienced a glitch when we first arrived. Sometimes it's not how you start, but how you finish! There was no linen in the room for the sofa bed and the housekeeping was taking a little longer that I preferred to bring it up. I made the management aware and everything was handled very professionally! There is nothing like having and issue and having the hotel staff not fix it or fixes it with sub par results. The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The hotel itself is very nice with nice views. Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her 16th birthday celebration. The hotel staff provided her with an unexpected surprise. It was top notch! I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is going through major remodeling and that wasn't information that was made available beforehand. We found that out when we checked-in. We had to use the neighboring hotel's pool and there were boarded up sections throught the hotel. We were given $50 expense each day, but the right thing to do is to be upfront about what the condition of the hotel was like.

"Beautiful hotel in quiet, safe and secluded spot! "
The hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly and very helpful. It was very safe location. There were officers on site to protect the guests. But seriously, it was a very beautiful facility! It was clean, comfy beds, lots of pillows and the room was spacious. The only thing is that if you want to go downtown, a cab will run about $25USD. Downtown is a 20-22 minute drive from the hotel. But on the upside, it was quiet and peaceful! The hotel also has a business center for guests to print boarding passes, etc and free WiFi which was awesome since I flew Spirit.
