Not enough lounge chairs. Talked to manager about it twice. He told me there were 700 people there and he had 350 lounge chairs divided among 4 properties. He said that was the correct ratio. Think about that statement. He did have someone get us two lounges. One was broken and neither had pads. Everyone you talked to was complaining about the same problem. At times there was no hot water. Their main focus is to sell time shares and tours. That's the bottom line. People who sat through their time share lectures said they were highly pressured to purchase. We had one elevator to use, as the other one was broken. They have three specialty restaurants where the ambiance was nice, but in two of them, the food is not good.
