Pros: スタックが丁寧でした。
Cons: 特になし
Location: ロケーションもショッピングセンターに近くよかった
ビーチに近い、オールインクルーシブもよかった。特に予約必須のレストランはコース料理でおいしかった。 チェックインの際にスタッフがレストランの予約を聞いてくれてとても丁寧だった。 また、ホテルのすぐ近くにはバス停があり、2~3ストップでショッピングセンターに行けるロケーション。 私達は少し早めにチェックインしましたが、部屋の準備がまだできていないとの事でしたが、オールインクルーシブのレストランの食事などはすぐに利用することができました。

DONT FORGET TO BRING LONG PANTS! They will be rude to you at the restaurants and won't let you in. Online it doesn't say anything, but when you get there there's all sorts of rules. We had to go out and buy my husband long pants because that's what they require for the men and don't care what you have to say.

Not a four star hotel!

Rooms are in dire need of updating. Furniture looked to be handmade and was banged up like it had been moved several times. Beds are very uncomfortable. I invited my sister to come along with me and my wife all expense paid. What a disaster! Me and my sister got sick on the first full day. Nausea and diarrhea. Never to return to this resort!

Great location and great staff

This was my second time time at this hotel. I chose it the second time because of great service. I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. The only complaint is the mini fridge was not working, so my beers were never cold. So we just kept them in the ice bucket and problem solved. We did called it in but they weren't able to fix it.

Very attentive staff!! Food on buffet, pizza oven, and garden snacks with hamburgers and such were terrific. Restaurants where you needed reservations were just ok. Italian and Mexican restaurants were the best ones, did not like the Asian. That being said, we never went hungry!! Other than the first three evenings, we did not even bother with the restaurants!! Cafe sole was perfect for coffee, treats and bottle water. The 24 hour room service was great too!! Perfect location as well. Near nightlife and shopping. We will be back :)

Beautiful Hotel!

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Staff was friendly. Buffet was 'okay'. I'd recommend making reservations at one of the hotel restaurants! My only complaint would be the Internet that cost $14.99 per day and worked intermittently. Spa is beautiful and I got the best massage!

Clean, comfortable, with great ocean view

Pros: The ocean view
Cons: Gym fees. Offering bottled water at the pool. Change of menu on the resturants.
Location: We did a day trip to Isla, recommend this to anyone traveling to Cancun. A day trip is well worth it, and very inexpensive.
Our overall stay was great. However, having stayed at another resort for the past 5 years, we found that we missed certain things such as the change of menu daily at each resort, where here was a change at the buffet, ,but the restaurant menus never changed. We also were disappointed to find out that the gym was not included and was an additional charge. Bottled water was not readily available, but was manageable to find. The "quieter" pool ended up being pretty rowdy at times, and other times was peaceful. The beach was beautiful and the ocean breath taking. Our room was very nice and very comfortable, but again, that came with a price to upgrade.

Great views

Pros: Had a view of the beach, which was absolutely amazing. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Cons: Room was right next to the pool area, where there were always activities in the afternoon involving people talking into a loudspeaker, so was not very peaceful. Bed was uncomfortable, bathroom was small. Hotel needs to have a policy on holding the covered beach lounges - one morning we were trying to find a spot on the beach, and the limited covered seating all had towels on them, but not a single person was in sight. These next two might be an Expedia issue, but we were under the impression that we would have wireless internet in the room and there would be onsite snorkeling, neither of which was true. (However the common area Internet has a pretty good reach.)

The staff more than makes up for the lack of newer amenities. It's a great hotel for budget conscious travelers.
