great location, very nice beach & awesome staff!

We had a wonderful stay--everything was perfect! Extremely friendly staff, wonderful beach, very clean resort, awesome location! Only negative thing which is very minor was that we had 3 rooms and throughout the 7 day stay each of the safes in the rooms malfunctioned and we were unable to get in our safe--it was a quick fix once security got to the room!

Great hotel! Food and drinks were excellent. Clean room with a beautiful view. Would return to this resort.

Great staff, perfect location, wonderful beach

Pros: The staff truly made our experience that much better.. Francisco, Roberto, and Alma were awesome! The beach was very nice and clean.
Cons: More options at the buffet and improve the check out process
Location: The location is perfect. Close enough to town to be able to walk 10 minutes yet far enough from the chaos that the resort is still very peaceful.
From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles. The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The location was great--10 minute walk from town but still peaceful on the beach. Francisco, Roberto, and Alma at the pool bar were excellent! The restaurants had very good food but the buffet got a little old.

Noisey, could not sleep at night

Spring breakers running around hotel, screaming and shouting until 4am and knocking on doors and then running away. Restaurants, over booked, could not get reservations to any restaurant, even when trying to book as booking desk opened.

good restaurants and close to the beacth

All restaurants are good. Beach is very close to the hotel and pools are pretty good.

Nice hotel very limited activities on sight.

Terrible experience checking in. The room we reserved wasnt available until next day supposedly, however for $240 in cash we could get another room as we were told to come outside by the pool for the guy to tell us this. Very shady. The manager did finally take care of this. Food was terrible. Would not be back.

Second time staying here and loved it both times! So close to the beach. Love the resort restaurants and pools/bars. Very helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

We had a beautiful view of the ocean! Friendly staff. Very clean. It was a great resort, and I would book with them again.

Excellent Stay

This was my second time at the resort and it was just as amazing. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are really nice, and the food is really great - but what really makes the resort the best, is the staff. Each member of the staff really went out of their way to make my friend and I feel special. Everyone from Josue who checked us in, Claudia who scored us an upgrade to the Royal Tower, Jaime, who is just amazing and always ever accommodating, the talented entertainment staff (Dario, Nayeli, Miguel, Leonardo and more) who put on some absolutely fantastic shows, Max,Alicia, and Ysis who's service at the restaurants were impeccable, and Alejandra at the lobby who made our checkout process seamless. The staff is really incredible and really great at what they do. I do recommend upgrading the Royal Tower as the room is beautiful - the shower is incredible and the views are breathtaking. My friend and I loved Cancun and hope to be back soon!

Great hotel on the beach

We stayed on the 6th floor and the view was amazing. Food was great and so was the staff. Would stay again for sure.
