Two things to be aware of if choosing to stay here
In recommending this hotel, I can only do so with a clear conscience by informing potential guests that you will be subjected to quite a hard sell to purchase time share (though they will call it something else). If you just want to go on a holiday without having to sit through the presentation be sure to politely refuse their offer to have a breakfast with them that includes a tour of the facilities. Second important thing: whatever you do, never return your towels without getting your towel tickets returned to you. Eventually after discussion with four staff members, including a manager, our so-called missing towels were accounted for, and in the end we didn't have to pay the substantial lost towel fee. But it took about one & a half hours to sort out and I didn't need this sort of hassle on holidays. In general though the staff at this hotel are very friendly and work extremely hard to take good care of their guests. Our room was very comfortable & kept perfectly clean. Enjoyed all our meals at the buffet and specialty restaurants.
