After staying in 6 different hotel around cancun and PDC the Fiesta Americana Condesa was about average but the price was higher than most. I thought a high price would have more to offer or better food or something for the extra money, but I only feel like I got less. Too much of this hotel is for members only or have an extra cost, most of the Cabanas were empty the entire week my son and I were there and we were told they were for members only or we would have to pay for them, also large portions of the hotel were closed for several hours Friday and Saturday due to private weddings. The best thing about this hotel is the employees, a lot of them were extremely helpful and kind. Overall I don't think my family will return to this hotel due to not enough value for the price.

My husband and I really loved the hotel. The food was very tasty and the staff was very friendly and they went above and beyond to insure we had a good stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely garden within the building, overall good quality dining options, cleanliness is really outstanding, nightly shows are varied and entertaining. A la carte restaurant are overall good, but the 'pizza' on the Italian restaurant is a disgrace, there is no excuse for an establishment of this level to not have a decent pizza crust, the one they offer is more like a cracker, so sad. Something to keep in mind is that this is a smaller kind of resort, so there aren't that many places to walk or take the children out to other than the pool and maybe to play on the sand on the beach, but forget about going in the beach with kids, the waves make it impossible and even dangerous. it's worth mentioning the strange 'spoon policy' on the main buffet, for some reason they give a particular number of spoons to the service staff and if they don't return them whole they get reprimanded, so if you want/need a spoon you have to specifically ask for one, which gets annoying by the second day. Also, if you aren't blonde with blue eyes the wait staff treat you differently, it's quite jarring the difference on how they treat those they perceive as foreign (waaaay better than the rest). If you are looking for a more laid back experience mostly spending your days in or around the pool and taking advantage of the restaurants this place is a great option.

We recently just stayed here, it was our first time and we really enjoyed it! The staff were attentive and the services were great. The day and night time activities were ok, but it is definitely more family focused so not a resort for anyone looking to party. For food we loved the buffet and the Italian restaurant there, the only restaurant to avoid is San Telmo, the steaks we had were disgusting. Also, our AC wasn’t working for 2 days and after complaining multiple times they finally switched our rooms, so that was frustrating. Other than that, we had an amazing time! Would give it a 7.5/10.

Beautiful location, spacious and airy - the inner courtyards with greenery and fish stream were lovely. Most of the staff were great though there were some inconsistencies regarding follow through on requests. Disappointed in the quality of the Mexican and Steak House restaurants, the Italian Restaurant, the Buffett and the outdoor Cerviche restaurant were great. Lots of entertainment but hard at times to figure out the schedule.

The staff was top notch! The property was decent; could use some upgrades. What I didn’t like was we were at an all inclusive resort, however, there was up charges for food. That didn’t feel right. What I like was the abundance of beach lounges and seating availability around the pools and the beach! The food was okay, not bad, not great. Would definitely go back again!

We were here two years ago and it was good to see the resort just as good as we remembered. Fabulous food, excellent customer service, beautifully maintained facilities. It was not the newest but impeccably clean and all staff was cheerful and aimed to please. We booked a cenote and zip line excursion with the resort and it was an amazing experience and hassle free. All the specialty restaurants had limited choices but all tasted fantastic. The new app made dinner reservations convenient. There were plenty of activities at the pool and in the evenings but not too hectic if your aim was to relax. We will definitely be back.

All staff are very friendly and helpful, and funny. Shoutout to all the staff in buffet restaurant, Thai restaurant, at the bar, swimup bar.

I will be submitting a formal complaint to Expedia and I will be expecting a full refund or full credit for a future trip because the only word that comes to mind to describe this situation is Fraud! I paid for an all inclusive resort and picked one of Expedias VIP preferred resorts and it was anything but All Inclusive. When you go to an all inclusive you expect to pay for excursions and high end wine or liquor and maybe specialty requested private dinners or spa treatments. But ALL food should be included. When I say every Restaurant had menu Items that were not included in the pre paid price and if you wanted to eat anything worth eating you had to pay! I will go into more detail in my official complaint. Top issues we had 1.not an all inclusive 2. Air conditioner issues in room last 24 hours there was no AC 3. Amenities that were not available to hotel guests only local timeshare members 4. Room was old and outdated 5. Location of my family suite was in the basement on the edge of the property. Very unsafe with two little girls and my wife. The only reason i didn’t look for another hotel to move too was the staff was very friendly and did their best to make a bad situation as good as possible. Do not go to this resort if you want an all inclusive experience!

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of activity’s during the day at the pool to keep families entertained. The restaurants were so so as with other all inclusives but buffet is always available with a wide selection.

We arrived late the first night and were initially disappointed with the room (it's like an older budget hotel room and it smelled strongly of mildew). But once we experienced the whole property, the rest of the stay was perfect. It's beautiful, great staff and service, decent food, and things to do if you need a break from the sun. We would recommend to others!

This hotel was truly beautiful and the staff was really nice and helpful. I would like that at least one restaurant ne open till 12am because at the bar drinking late you will get hungry. Also, the hotel suppose to provide FREE airport transfers when I was leaving on Tuesday 2nd April the hoptel got a taxi for me that works for the hotel and the driver demanded me to pay him $45 USD when I reached the airport Luckily i had my last $42 USD and gave him I was upset and embrassed. I did not like that as I had specifically asked about the free airport shuttle that the hotel provides as part of being All Inclusive.

The hotel was ran down. Pool and rooms need to be updated. We stayed at this resort 10 years ago and it was excellent and all the food was amazing. Doesn’t seem like they have kept it nice, a lot of quick fixes. Also, the food has gone down hill as well. We will not be staying at this resort again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent! The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, friendly and attentive. The hotel is very clean and pretty. We loved the pool and beach area. The food was outstanding, including a breakfast buffet with the best tamales I’ve ever had. We’d recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Great all inclusive hotel right in the beach with a large pool. A terrific place to spend a vacation with family. Food was excellent, lots of restaurant choices and a full buffet. The creperie was an icing on the cake. Overall 5 stars would definitely stay here again.
