Not bad for the price, near the bus station which is good if you take the bus to downtown from the airport and only have carryon it’s an easy walk. Clubs with loud music on either side but didn’t affect my sleep. Needs some minor renovations but all around decent for a cheap hotel in cancun.

Hotel hard to get to no cab driver can get in to drop you so may as well walk to it from the ado bus station a short distance away . It was ok clean for a 2 to 3 star hotel nothing fancy a bed . No Wi-Fi even at front desk . Wi-Fi very vital to confirm airline .nite clerk watching video on phone ./WiFi ?

It did the job, I needed somewhere to sleep off sedation from a dentist appt. We only stayed a few hours but I was able to get some rest there.

it was a party all time i can not sleep at all. The music was so strong i talked to the front desk in the morning.the air conditioning dose not work. i see everything was clean and personal work there was very good friendly

I did have a nice stay. Its location is very convenient since dining options are everywhere nearby, as well.as banks and travel agencies. Other public services like transportation are also available within a walking distance.

Solo habia una sola empleada en recepción, no sab
Solo habia una sola empleada en recepción, no sabe como tratar a los huespedes, no pudo solucionar nanda y que esperara al siguiente empleado en turno a ver que podia hacer. La caja de seguridad no funcionaba y no me podia dar otro cuarto. Me sali y ahora necesito solocitar mi reembolso

Pros: great location, good a/c Cons: my room had no blanket (needed for the strong a/c), was full of mosquitoes, wifi didn't reach me because I had a corner unit. My brother's room did have a blanket, had strong wifi & he bought bug spray. His room was more comfortable than mine.

I give 0 out of 5 stars to this property. Horrible WIFI, worn out towels, low quality bath soap, hallway smells like poop, swimming pool not maintained, not in a safe location. I stayed there for 4 days !! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Don't be fooled by the pictures and good reviews please.

Decent hotel close to ADO bus station in downtown area. Room was small, but relatively clean. A fair amount of noise, however, from nightlife at surrounding places. Probably not the kind of place that you'd long to return to, but a nice hotel for the money if you need to spend a night or two in downtown Cancun.

It's in the heart of the city, so the area is walkable to friendly restaurants. I would say it was not worth the money however, due to no air conditioning, cannot flush toilet paper, and poor wifi signal. It was fine, just not great.

Decent place
It was fine for the price, decent central location and an easy pickup for buses to the beach or walking. Just beware it's on a blocked off avenue which is why it is on tulipanes x tulum. You can easily get taxis on tulum, but the taxi cannot take you to the hotel door. The Avenida was always well lit and felt safe. The palapas park was like a mini carnival, which was cool and close by restaurants were convenient. There was hot water, which was also nice. The internet signal was sometimes strong and at times barely there. The password is taped to your door card. When I got there my room didn't have toilet paper, which was odd. I never could figure out the light for the fan and the fan sounded like an airplane even at level one. Luckily there was ac that worked nicely. I wish they had a do not disturb sign because I didn't need daily maid services, and even though I hung up my towel to reuse I got new ones daily. Also, it says to bring your room controls on checkout, but the receptionist looked at me like I was crazy when I did. My card kept deactivating, and the desk clerk said maybe from a cell phone, but that really annoyed me to go up three flights of stairs and have to get my card reset. Weirdly, it didn't happen after the secOnd time when I complained and asked why it was happening. Also, the lock, there was nothing, just the card to get in and close the door click. I did not like that although I didn't feel unsafe where I was, I do like a secondary lock.

The pics are nothing like the real thing. You walk in it smells horrible and the room is old and dingy walls. Sheets and blankets are like a hundred years old. I was very disappointed and not only that the garden they have with the turtles in dirty water and old trees that have insects that crawl into your room and I got bit all night by gnats, insects and no telling what else. I also slipped slightly in front door entrance. It rained and I was soak and wet and no mats or anything but a waxed shiny floor. OMG Please save for a better place.

Mold was everywhere especially around the a/c and the whole bathroom ceiling! Cigarette burn on bed spread that also feels like a seedy curtain! No help carrying bags upstairs! Lobby smells horrible from employees eating at the front desk! Sewer flies in the hotel!

Good for a one night stay
Wifi kept dropping, it was very limited when it did work. No hand towels or wash clothes. Only shampoo was in a dispenser mounted in shower, and it didn’t smell good. No room for more than 1 luggage, walls and top bed blankets were dirty. The mattress was hard. Good got a one night stay but any longer it was not comfortable. Checked out early.

Front desk was not as friendly as Mexican people usually is! There was a bad smell in the room. I told front desk about the smell and the lack of body wash and they didn’t do anything about it. I stayed only for one night and what I liked was that there’s plenty of places to eat and it’s close to the ADO buses. Definitely not a place for a family stay. Solo for 1 night may be ok for the price.
