We had great vocation with my kids at All Ritmo resort and water park . Nice beach, awesome view! Relax and quiet environment! Great hard worker, helpful staffs! Nice pool and water park that for kids and adults to enjoy! Different activities for kids and adults to enjoy during all day and every day difference program! Food good, different restaurants to try! Convenient bus to downtown Cancun! Cant expect than what I paid! Thank you so much for having us. We had fabulous vacation ( plus the weather is really nice)!

This property has so much potential to be great. However, the food selection was not great. The buffet was limited, the snacks were repetitive, and you barely could make a special dinner reservation. It’s bad when you go to an all inclusive and have to Uber eats food because it was terrible. The room had a mini fridge but it was the first all inclusive without complementary drinks inside We did enjoy the waterpark for the kids and the pool/beach area was nice.

Si not trust the pictures ,for sure the pictures was many years ago When I arrive to the place,I got to the room to relax after the trip and be ready to go around I take a shower and when I go out somebody break the door of the room I try to call from the room phone to from desk they never answer I try to call from my phone to the hotel number no answer so I have to go to the lobby to speak to the manager When I talk to him ,his answer was “don’t worry about that’s normal to happen My family stay on a diferent room when we got to their room the lock of the door was broken to DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE the drinks incluided on the “all inclusive was garbage I drink because was the only option never got drunk I just felt full of liquid Never again And on the cheek in the charge eco friendly hidden fee lowering the voice

Hotel is old, rooms are smelly. Rooms are NOT as on the picture and dirty. Food is junk, drinks are water. Stuff is not cooperative. They are asked to pay for the room upgrade - the one they have listed on Expedia and that I already paid for… There was no towels in room, I asked 3 times to bring my towels in room or just give it to me at front desk. We checked out the next day, Expedia tried many times to reach out to them to get our refund and wasn’t able to

Our stay at all ritmo was wonderful. Very friendly staff and bartenders. The buffet food was slightly different for each meal which we liked, everyone has options. The onsite seafood restaurant was incredible! The only low point for us was the Italian restaurant.. We left our meals and went back to the buffet instead! Extra shout-out to the bartender, Esteban - he makes a killer espresso martini and remembered our drink preferences for the whole stay. Tell him Adam and Kate say muchas gracias!

I am still in shock of my experience. My room was outdated, moldy, and the bathtub had cracks all around it. I could barely use the shower. You can hear the noises next to our rooms all night. The phone in the room did not work. The food was horrendous. I do not eat pork and there were no accommodations in site such as turkey bacon, hash browns. I am very disappointed.

It’s pretty much what I expected for the price, but the grandchildren wanted the water park. If you don’t mind a dated property, and very a repetitive menu. It’s the place for you. But I must say the staff is amazing and very willing to go out of their way to serve you.

This was the worse resort we have ever stayed! One buffet for the entire resort with the same food everyday. Not once was there any bacon or sausage for breakfast! The bathtub would not drain while showering! It is very run down. If I could give negative stars I would!

Beach few steps outside door was great, the Food was decent id say 4 star, was fresh daily, the couple things that werent good, beds are very firm, walls are not insulated, you hear everything from people all around you, locks on doors are ok but not great, the worse part of this trip was no shuttle from airport or to airport, kinda stressful, the taxi dudes at airport charged us $120 usd to get to resort, ripoff and all the taxi dudes at airport are in on it so you will have difficult time finding cheaper, to airport from resort was $43.00 so that was reasonable, but we left resort at 330am so plan accordingly day or 2 before. Overall was good experience, water taxi and church walking distance was great, the resort has 2 good restaurants, both have good food, overall good time and place.

Unsafe, our room was broken into the first day of our stay. Lamp had electrical tape around cord and socket. Dishes were chipped or cracked. Limit of 2 bottles of water per room per day. This is barely a 1 star resort, with the “stars” because can’t rank it with anything but stars. Awful and sickening. Staff were good, but the rooms are noisy, unclean (mouldy air conditioners, filthy box springs) no dressers or shelves, and NOISY! We were next to the road that runs through the resort (actual road, not a service road) and traffic starts at 6am. Vans and service trucks rev, squeal to a stop, then gun it again over the speed bumps. They use this to force you to pay for an upgrade to the beach side. Everything about this hotel is sub standard. I’ve stayed in about 10 all inclusives. Even considering price, this place was the worst value by far. Food- bland, quality of about a low-end food court. No desserts except for bread loaves with different icings. Mains and entrees very limited, bland, poor quality cuts of meat and nothing you couldn’t make at home for less. Gross. They grilled chicken one night; my wife asked for a piece of the cooked chicken and the cook gave it to her using the things that were sitting in the raw chicken. Surprised we were sick constantly at this resort? Kid seats filthy, grimy. Drinks- low end brands, mixed and blended drinks were never properly blended, also unsanitary practices. Water park- bad services, no towels at it, the water park is rusting, starting to wobble, but the kids liked it (ours are ages 2 and 4). This place attracts a low end clientele (domestic dispute across the hall from us). Stay away!

We are a family of 4 from Toronto (Markham) Ontario and we very much enjoyed our stay at All Ritmo Resort. The waterpark was a great benefit and kept our 2 children busy for our 1 week vacation. The swimming pool near the beach was clean and great. The towel retrieval system was easy and efficient. They do not have a shuttle service to pick you up at the airport and take you to the hotel. This is a problem. We had to pay $120.00 for a taxi ride to the hotel. The food is not good. They had limited choices. Outside of the hotel has a bad smell. The mosquitoes are monstrous and hungry. The resort said all inclusive but many things and events you still have to pay extra for. If we were given a free airfare and hotel stay we would still not go back here. I would not recommend this hotel.

We caught someone going through our things by the pool and they played it off like it was a mistake. The deck by the pool is very treacherous with gaps and uneven boards. The room smelled like foul fake clean and the mattress was stained all over. We promptly left and made other arrangements

This property would do better if guests didnt expect a waterpark area for their kids to play at as it is in very poor condition. It really needs some maintenance or replacing ...the stairs and platforms are made of plastic and are worn out and cracked and weak. The hotel was in fair condition, very authentic mexican, could use some improvement, they give you a "what would you like fixed" checklist in your room. The beach was right down the stairs from your room although it did have seaweed, which seems normal at Cancun. One day the staff are nice, the next day they ignore you. Cleaning lady was always nice. Food was ok.
