With buses, pubs, shops and cafes nearby, the location of this place makes it a stand out. Make the most of the onsite gym and the outdoor pool :-) The apartment is fully equipped, with hosts living locally to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. The kitchen, dining and living area are open plan - the space is light-filled and opens out onto the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped for your stay with the essential cooking items. There is a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven & stove. Mornings will be a breeze with a couple of nice cafes located just a few minutes' walk down to the end of the street. The main bedroom in this apartment has a Queen Bed with an ensuite. The second bedroom also has a Queen Bed. Both bedrooms have large mirrored wardrobes. There is an internal laundry with washing machine & tumble dryer. Free WIFI is also included with your stay. This apartment comes with one dedicated underground car space in the building. There is also a large paid parking car park across the street (but free during night-time hours), and some 2-Hour free parking on the street itself. Within this residential complex is also a spacious gym and an outdoor pool. Guests will have full exclusive use of the apartment and its car space, as well as use of the onsite shared facilities (gym & pool). \- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout.
