We loved our stay at the Novotel Canary Wharf. This started from the welcome we got at reception when we arrived. The staff make this hotel. The views from the bar and restaurant are amazing. Dining here although expensive was excellent. They catered for the London Marathon runners perfectly, pre race pasta, earlier breakfast and other little motivational tips around the hotel. My only slight negative is the hot buffet breakfast wasn’t particularly hot. We loved our stay, we love the location and will definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful stay. Me and my partner have stayed a few times now but we are more of a last minute type of couple and we wish it wasn’t as expensive but worth it.
Pool is incredible as well as the gym.
Roof terrace lovely for late or early views and drinks.
Staff were very accommodating and nice, when we stayed we were give a free upgraded room and two free drinks.

The 38th floor bar and restaurant has magnificent views - a lovely place to relax with friends. And the pool and saunarium are a nice bonus. However, on the negative side, the service on the TV in my room did not work properly during my entire stay, and also the mattress on the bed is thin.

Great hotel. Very comfortable. Light rooms. Great view across the river and city. Will be my go-to in Canary Wharf for now on for sure!

A lovely hotel to stay at in the Canary Wharf area, we was upgraded from a standard room to a suite and had the best stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at in London.
Quiet with a boutique feel, the rooftop bar on the 38th floor has amazing views of the London skyline.
We had a room on the 10th floor and requested a bathtub. The room had a sofa, fridge and very comfortable beds.
I slept incredibly well and never heard anything from other guests.
There’s also a Tesco at the bottom of the street for buying essentials. We also had lots of day trips to London and by using our bank card to sign in on the machines managed to reach London within a few minutes and was only charged £8.10 for a whole day on public transport (remember to use the same card to tap in and out each time).
The Canary Wharf station was walking distance and we always felt safe.
Would highly recommend and I will most definitely be returning.

There was no WiFi connection since early from the morning. I didn’t have no plans for the day since it was raining outside. So I decided to stay in and it made it extra hard with no WiFi connection and bad service which therefore made it not enjoyable

Checking in was completed in a friendly environment. Half the elevators didn’t work, therefore it made getting to our room a bit time consuming. After a long day travelling and settling into bed at about midnight we were awoken by the sounds of a fire alarm at 12:15ish which we received no explanation or apology.
Other than that, the facilities were nice and clean. Couple of suspicious stains on the carpet, but a nice view.

We had a fantastic stay for two nights and the hotel staff were all so friendly and we loved the breakfast on the 38th floor with such an amazing view all around London .

Great spot for hotel. Hotel was nice enough, but looking closely could do with a spruce up. Dirty carpet, paint on corners worn. Water from tap smelt. Great views of the city. Bar was excellent, staff in the bar were lovely. Gym was ok. Small, but did the job.
