My only issue with this place is the number of entitled tourists that take advantage of the kindness and proffesionalism of the workers, manners don't cost nothing. I commend the mature, resilient attitudes of all the staff members that I saw being disrespected so overtly by these privileged tourists. I have met so many people that provided excellent service or just random acts of kindness that I cannot remember all their names. To all the staff at Coconut bay just know that room 332 appreciated your efforts, warmth and kindness. In our experience of a world that has been cold and cruel, the people of St Lucia reminded me and my family that this is not a universal scenario. I would definitely return if I am able to at some point in my life. The owners/investors must reward and retain all of the current staff members, they are fantastic.
