Besides the excellent cuisine, beauty of the property and landscaping, and the ability to do a lot or little, the best thing about my stay was the excellent hospitality and the magnificent staff. "The restaurant breakfast was Ok but the loud religious music was a turn off. The dinner fare was ok but not worth our return after a couple of tries. The room was charming and the staff caring for the room was delightful "

"St. Lucia is highly overrated. The views are nice but everything else is not worth it. Staff looks unhappy to be working there. This was a 3 star resort at best. There are locals on the beach that try to sale you things and we even witnessed a verbal altercation with a local and a guest from the hotel. The food is disgusting and has no flavor. The property smells like sewage at nighttime. Will never be back or recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been to several islands in the Caribbean and this was by far the worst experience. "

"Outdated room but very nice staff and unbelievable room. Low water flow in shower (Room 102). Staff provided earplugs which was great for the smoke detector sound coming from frogs all night. Would stay again but ideally in one of the newer rooms. "

"Now our fifth stay in Les Chaudieres, which sort of speaks for itself.It is difficult to imagine that anyone could fail to enjoy their stay here. It is pure joy. The improvements carried out by the current owners, Anne and Frankie, have taken it to another level. All bedrooms now have en-suite with good water pressure, the pool is stunning and the new pavilion with 360 degree views is fantastic.As usual the main feature of the house has to be the staff, Kershell is there each morning to give you a cheerful breakfast, but the star of the show is Christy, who can take care of everything to make you feel pampered and special. She is more than just a housekeeper, as she cooks delicious meals and is the font of all knowledge if you want to arrange trips out.Hoping to return soon! "
