Moved to another hotel because of 'leak'
Didn't actually stay in the hotel (hence my review is 'OK' for stuff I can't comment on). Arrived at 10.45pm to be told my room had a 'leak'. The 'leak' had occurred 'hours ago', yet they hadn't contacted me via my email or phone to forewarn me. Strange that. All other rooms were full. I suspect mine was too.

I wanted to apologise to you for the incident that occurred that evening - due to the leak this had made the room unsellable for the night and we had not alternative but to find suitable arrangements for you for that night - we are terribly sorry that this has caused an inconvenient situation for you. I do hope that you will take us up on another opportunity to have you stay with us again in the future.
