A decent hotel in Delft

Cons: Stop turning the A/C off when the temp drops to 16c.
Location: Great view of the city from the hotel and walking distance from city center, tons of bars and restaurants
Overall it was an above average experience. My deluxe room was changed to a similar room type when the issue was identified. I think its one of the better options in Delft in comparison to B&B's or other hotels. Breakfast and the high speed wifi was good.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons: We arrived at the hotel at around 10:30am., Check-in is at 3:00. There was no early check-in allowed so we had to drop off our bags and return at 3.
It was a decent hotel in a very good location, close to Rembrandt Square, which also had a trolley stop right on the square. This made travelling around the city via trolley very convenient. The room was a nice size room, especially for Europe.

Brilliant hotel in the centre of amsterdam

Very good conditions, staff excellent went needed. Cleaning staff done a brilliant job. Ticket staff for excursions brilliant and always up beat. Needed maintenence staff for one occasion, responded quickly and got the problem sorted. No complaints at all.

Good location but strange bathroom doors

The hotel was in a fabulous location - walking distance from all attractions and places to eat everywhere. The bathroom was separated from the room by glass see through doors that did not close and stayed partially open. Very little privacy.

Good hotel lovely beds clean and windows open up ;-) location is good right on Rembrandt plain. Round the corner to some nice bars and good coffeeshops

Good central location

Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Could be a 5 star with some investment
Location: Good places to eat and people watch sat outside the many restaurants
I travelled with my 17 yo son to watch a concert at the Ziggo Drome. The main Rembrandt Square is quite lively and also expensive in comparison to other areas just away from it and across the city. The hotel is 2 in 1 (also called the Eden) and it is quite nice and in a good location. A latte at the bar was 3 euro and a pint was 6 euro, but we didn't eat there. Rooms are okay and the maids are intent on cleaning it daily (even on Sunday) and despite the 'Do not disturb' sign placed on the handle. I tried booking the airport shuttle with the hotel direct and was told about the Connexxsion service minibus and the desk location at Schipol. Booked return travel for 27 euro each. Central Station is about a 15 minute walk through the Red Light district if you travel light and want to get the train. I did not get requested to pay the 50 euro/day deposit, just the local tourist tax. All in all, I would stay here again.

New to Amsterdam

Hotel is in a perfect location and very comfortable. Very helpful staff. Price was a bit high because of the King's Birthday. Very close to everything. Could not put things in the refrigator. The only downside was housekeeping. Very, very substandard.

Definitely not 4*

First suite was depressing and overlooked air conditioning units. We complained and we were moved for the second night. Toiletries and tea etc were not replaced until we spoke to the reception but they weren't really bothered. Towels were thin. Pillows do not in anyway resemble those in the brochure or shown on line , they have to be the worst ever. Very disappointing hotel. Bar area was so dark abd did not create a comfortable ambiance.
