We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is ten minutes walk from the shops and beach and there is a bus stop over the road with a regular service to many popular locations.
There is an excellent choice of freshly prepared food at breakfast and evening meals which can be eaten indoors or out on the terrace. Rooms are in a quiet, peaceful location and are kept beautifully cool by the adjustable air conditioning.

Enjoyed two weeks at this hotel. Staff were excellent and couldn't do more to assist us during our stay.
We were given an apartment as our room was not ready due to overbooking. The apartment was equipped well with the basics including a coffee machine (no kettle or filter) and a toaster.
We were invited for two special occasion dinners at the hotel (we were half board anyway) and were given complimentary "champagne".
We didn't spend too much time at the hotel as we found that the majority of people there were much older and didn't speak English. But when we did we were always able to get good sun beds with a parasol, the pools weren't overloaded with chlorine and appeared clean.
This hotel was suitable for couples and the majority of people there during our stay were older, I wouldn't stay therin if I had children as I didn't see it as one of those sorts of hotels Whig was what we were looking for. However there was a children's club.
They did theme nights with meals, and entertainment, however we did not tend to hang around at the hotel in the evenings as we like to socialise.
The house keeping staff were very lovely and thoughtful especially on my birthday and our housekeeper made me a towel cake which I thought was very sweet as she had clearly seen my birthday cards.
I used the spa facilities and had a treatment, the girl who facilitated it was very lovely and I was impressed with the quality and choices for nail colour.

Good hotel and staff. Beds too hard for my better half but just right for me. Needed extra pillows and it was no problem once asked. Restaurant very busy but efficient. Choices a little limited and no coffee available at evening meal.

This is a wonderful place to go with friends, family and children.
Very basic accommodation. Kept very clean, tiny bath tub. Only criticism of the rooms is that the beds are too hard for me, I wish I'ld asked for a topper, felt it most the last two days.
Only criticism of the facilities and service which are great and the food is really good, (esp. The mojitos) is during lunch they closed kitchen so when my plate was cleared and I asked for fruit as dessert it was a straight no, it was 4.05, I thought that was a bit strange as I was mid-meal.
Apart from that I would not hesitate to go back.

Well as the title states this was my fourth visit to the hotel and probably millionth stay in Can Picafort Majorca! I can honestly say this is one of the better hotels in the area!
I will start my starting some of the ... yes disappointing elements but i urge you to continue reading. This hotel has been standing since 1973 and had a refurb back in 2001 so needless to say it is due another and yes 2014 it is finally getting one! Lets hope they update the slowest lifts i have ever experienced in my life!!
However, onto the good stuff! Well something had to keep me coming back! This visit I took my boyfriend along with me for the first time(on our very first holiday!) I can honestly say that he was a bit apprehensive when he first walked in as previously stated the decor is a bit dated (AT THE MOMENT). But as the holiday went on he was pleasantly surprised! So this hotel is perfectly clean and the general staff are friendly and helpful! The cleaning staff will do anything for you, even clean up when youre poorly(without a fuss! and then ask how you are the next day!)
The food is standard for a currently 3star hotel but there is a wide variety to cater for all ages and nationalities!
Piella, pizza, pasta, chips, meats, fish, rice, salad bars, burgers, hot dogs, mousakka and so much more
Bar - yes two drinks a time but that is to get the queues down which they do very fast and you can go up as much as you like - ALL INCLUSIVE!

the beds were the comfiest I have experienced when holidaying. rooms very clean but could do with refurbishing as does the dining room, stairs and corridors. the rest of the hotel looks like it has been updated. relaxing atmosphere. the staff are very efficient and approachable. food could have been better i.e. the quality/variety of hot meat. lovely pool and surrounding grounds - plenty of green grass and enough trees for shade. quiet at night as it is away from any bars.
