The room is small and simple. Pool area looks nice and the hotel is very close to the beach. There was no coffee machine in the room and the hotel bar/restaurant did not open until 11 am to be able to get a coffee, so that was inconvenient (especially when you're used to having a coffee the moment you wake up!). The fridge in the room also didn't work, so our food spoiled. When we talked to the front desk about this, we got into a bit of an argument--they told us it was not a fridge, but rather a conserver (even though it has a temperature dial in it, and definitely did not conserve the temperature of the food or drinks we placed in there). The room was clean but very small and there was no counter or storage space for toiletries in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and although you can hear planes flying over due to the proximity of the airport, the area is otherwise very quiet. I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel for a longer stay but it is fine for a short one.

The grocery store was about 75 meters. Fresh bread every day. Had a frig so i can buy and store drinks or what ever. The 2 beaches were 100 meters the other way. Places to eat. The bus station was 100 meters away. 2 € to go to the cathedral or the train to Soller, a must. The staff was excellent. AAAAA

Excellent stay
We loved this place. Clean and well kept with great amenities and the most amazing breakfast ever. Easy walk to the beach, and supermarket. Wifi worked wonderful. The only negative is the bad air quality being near an airport. But that’s not the hotels fault. Would stay again!

We made a reservation and received the confirmation via e mail. When we came at the hotel there was no rooms available. Now we are in the completely different hotel arranged with the kindness of the gentlemen at the reception..

Clean easy stay
Great location close to beach and restaurants, very clean room and lovely breakfast. Easyto get bus into Palma.Only thing is the room is quite small, I can imagine you would struggle with more luggage and all we had was 2 backpacks and 1 carry on suitcase. But overall pleasant stay.

Breakfast Was Absolutely Amazing, Thank you so much for Breakfast. Staff was pleasant. Didn't Like, Room was a little Small (European standard), Shower was really small (European metric standard). Other than that it was awesome.Parking was problematic but not impossible, Street parking as most of Mallorca is.

Lovely decorated hotel. Staff are very helpful & friendly. The rooms seem small but not a problem..after all you only need a bed and shower for the night..the bathroom is new & modern with toiletries supplied. Also included in your stay is aircon & wifi..& comfortable beds..The breakfast is well worth it..thes everything you could think of...even freshly made pancakes..omelettes & fried eggs cooked while you wait..also help yourself to champage !! This hotel is a little gem so get booking !

Location was good, 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop for Palma. Hotel was very clean and there was a great selection at breakfast. The staff were professional and courteous. As stated in another review, the pool area is in shade until mid afternoon but this was actually a bonus in the heat. Would stay again.

My Mallorca Dream Vacay
Great hotel - extremely clean, very nice staff and amenities. It's close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We loved tge young lady who played the violin by the pool - what a treat! The breakfast buffet is awesome with a variety of goodies to choose from. We will stay here again if we get another chance to visit this beautuful and vivacious city!

Exceeded my expectations!!! Would definitely rebook this hotel. The room was tiny but we expected that from other reviews and didn’t spend any time in there besides sleeping so didn’t mind it at all. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is a couple mins walk away from many restaurants and beach. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Only negative is you have to pay to use the safe in the room. Really great trip :)

Friendly Staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel modern and very clean. Rooms on the small side, but for one night stay fine.WiFi seemed very slow to the point we couldn't use
