Free WiFi Great chalet in Campos, with private pool, located in a rural spot although with a modern architecture and style that will amaze our 6 guests. The vila features wide and beautiful gardened areas that include a great chlorine pool (8 x 4 metres and 1.1 to 1.70 metres depth) which is surrounded by 6 sun loungers and with a shower outdoors to cool down under the spray. You will also find a large pergola where you can cook delicious barbecues outdoors, a great chill-out area with sofas and a coffee table, and a little playground area for the little ones. The property is fenced and you will enjoy total privacy. The two storey house offers an impressive room where the living, the dining and the kitchen come all together. The space is perfect to relax watching the satellite TV or listening to some music while cooking on the induction top of the island or enjoying your meals all together. The laundry room is independent and is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bathrooms for the accommodation as well as three bedrooms, all of them with air-conditioning, TV-Sat, walk-in closet or closet and direct access to the terrace. The main floor offers one of the bedrooms with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and independent jetted tub. There also is a shower bathroom for the rest of the floor. Upstairs you will find a room with twin beds and another one with a double bed. There is a bathroom with a tub to complete the top floor. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. The house offers oil central heating for the winter season. The property is located about 5.3 km from the town of Campos where you find all needed services like restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and more.There is a street market of local products like fruits and vegetables -as well as other goods- on Thursday morning throughout the town centre. The nearest beaches are es Trenc, which is about 6.2 km, and also sa Ràpita or Colònia de Sant Jordi. Pets up to 15 kg are welcome. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. Sie machte Anfangs einen ganz guten Eindruck und bis auf einen leichten Ameisenbefall im Flur und im Kinderzimmer schien das Haus ganz schön. Die Kleidung wurde in den Schrank eingeräumt und beim Zubettgehen fiel auf dass die Bettwäsche sich klamm anfühlte. Morgens um 7 wurde ich von Wasser geweckt das durch den Einbaustrahler tropfte. Im Zimmer der Kinder kam Wasser durch dieWand hinter der Klimaanlage. Daraufhin sahen wir uns das Haus genauer an und entdeckten in jedem Raum Schimmelflecken (Z.B. auch die von innen angebrachte Fensterfolie, die komplett voller Schimmel war), es gab überall alte Wasserränder und der Putz war an vielen Stellen so aufgeweicht, dass er sich mit dem Finger eindrücken ließ. Wir informierten Homerti, die die Eigentümerin nach einigen Stunden mit einem Handwerker vorbeischickten. Wir sprachen mit ihr, doch sie sah unsere feuchte Kleidung und Bettwäsche, Schimmel und ein Topf im Zimmer um das Wasser aufzufangen nicht als größeres Problem und verstand nicht dass wir umziehen wollten. Wir sollten dies mit Homerti klären. Homerti stellte sich ebenfalls quer und das Ganze wird nun nach dem Urlaub dem Anwalt übergeben. Schade, dass man hier keine Bilder hochladen kann…mit Kindern und wenn man auch seine eigene Gesundheit nicht gefährden will, sollte man in diesem Haus nicht übernachten. Der Umgang der Agentur Homerti mit uns als Gästen war unterirdisch… ##### Janine V. Es war ein super schöner Kurzurlaub. Das Haus ist perfekt, der Pool und der liebevoll gestaltete Garten. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht.
