Para nosso grupo a localização é ótima, pertinho do Amantikir, da fabrica da Baden Baden, e outros pontos, fica a 15 minutinhos do centrinho. A Luciana ( proprietária) é muito solicita, ao chegarmos tivemos um probleminha com a cama de um dos quartos, que estava quebrada, ela não mediu esforços e arrumou a cama no mesmo dia!!! Mas tivemos problema de barulho com o de cima. A cozinha é bem equipada mais a pia estava entupida e demorava para escorrer a água. Um chuveiro não esquentou e um dos vasos estava com a descarga funcionando mal. Num geral a comunicação com a dona foi muito boa e prestativa. A localização é ótima, pois não precisa ficar na fila do portal para entrar na cidade, já que fica um pouco antes. A casa estava limpa, assim como as roupas de cama.
