The farmhouse also has a barbecue and a washing machine for common use, an outdoor shower with hot water. It is located in an optimal position to reach the marvelous beaches of the Costa del Sole, in the south of the island, such as Colle Palombaia, Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia, and very close to Marina di Campo, which with its clubs, restaurants and boutiques is the center liveliest and busiest on the Island of Elba. For guests who wish to forget their car, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel to reach the various locations on the island. Comfortable studio apartment on the 1st floor of the house (access via independent external staircase) of about 25 m2, consisting of a large room with double bed, which can also contain a camping cot, bathroom with shower cubicle, kitchenette outside the room and a beautiful terrace of about 35 m2 with pergola, equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs, for eating outdoors and relaxing.
