The 45 m² property, completely renovated in 2022, consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, and TV.  
  
The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area with a garden, equipped with garden furniture and an outdoor shower. The property offers free parking.
