The train station was 10 minutes walk from the house and we took the opportunity to go to Perugia another beautiful city.I honestly cannot fault the property. "This home is spectacular. It is spacious, charming and truly beautiful. It is equipped with every possible convenience. The grounds are lovely. Poolside is truly enjoyable. The vista is magnificent. The property is also located ideally for visiting any number of beautiful and interesting towns in the area. Cortona is a stone's throw away, but we travelled easily to San Gimignano, Sienna, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Spello, Assisi and Perugia (to name a few). We can also not say enough about our hosts: they checked in regularly, made sure the rooms were set up to our liking, offered assistance when a medical visit was required, offered sightseeing advice etc. We truly felt cared for and had a lovely time!"
