Everything in our stay was perfect. Emerson did a great job welcoming us to the Lounge located at the 10th floor. We were also upgraded and we were ‘the guest of the day’, which made the stay way more enjoyable.

I have stayed at the Pullman Sao Paulo Guarulhos many times and this was prob the worst stay. We were located on level 1 which really noisy and the noise coming from the lobby was horrible. They seem to collect the same details everytime, including when stayed there 3 weeks apart, needing to give email, phone etc details again. On this last occassion, we booked 3 rooms one of the rooms was for 2 adults and 1 child - however there was only two king single beds in the room when the room was booked for 3. the other dissappointing thing was the room window had a massive crack in it which didn't look safe at all. First time I was extremely dissappointed staying there.

I've stayed here twice and unfortunately it was around a flight out so I haven't gotten to take advantage of the full property. But it is a lovely hotel with great showers and a fantastic view! ❤️

Great place to stay for access from / to Guarulhlos airport - shuttle to/from terminals 2 and 3 - be sure to contact hotel ahead of time to get their shuttle schedule - staff speak English - very helpful.

Honestly I think this hotel is extremely over priced. The subtle to the airport was late 20 minutes. The bathroom had woman hair in the shower and the faucet was dirty and very old as well. The lobby is cool and the food is decent. The staff are fine and willing to accommodate your request.

Good hotel and stay for a quick overnight. Very close to GRU airport . shuttle provided. nothing around. just a good convenient near airport hotel. Restaurant food decent, but very Slow (short staffed ) service. but all lovely people .
