Descopera orasul cu cele mai multe zile insorite pe an!! Situata pe frumoasele dealuri sub-carpatice in linistita zona Voila a orasului Câmpina, casa ofera 3000 de metri patrati de paradis verde- acces in livada si acces exclusiv la padurice, pârâu si gratar. Locuri de parcare sunt disponibile pe proprietate. Casa poate gazdui pana la 8 oaspeti si dispune de toate facilitatile necesare: baie, bucatarie cu aragaz, vesela, Wi-fi, living, lenjerii de pat si terasa interioara. Spațiul Casa a fost renovata cu grija, pentru a mentine detaliile arhitecturale ale anilor 60. Camerele sunt decorate cu ornamente pe stil vechi pastrate de-a lungul generatiilor pentru a incanta privirea oaspetilor nostri. Casa cuprinde 2 dormitoare- fiecare dormitor avand 2 paturi single (care se pot uni) si sifonier. Ambele dormitoare au o priveliste minunata - unul spre gradina din fata a casei, iar celalalt spre padurice cu usa privata care da direct in gradina din spate. In celelalte 2 camere se gaseste cate o canapea extensibila dubla. Bucataria este utilata cu aragaz, frigider/congelator, vesela, tacamuri si cratita/tigaie pentru gatit. Masa se poate servi in terasa interioasa dar si afara in gradina. Oaspetii se pot bucura de oaza de liniste din jurul pârâului, se pot plimba prin livada de pomi fructiferi si pot admira nucii care umbresc locul de mai bine de 70 ani. Desigur, facilitati de gratar si mobilier de gradina sunt disponibile. Zona de padurice si gradina din spate pot fi folosite si ca loc de campare/caravana. Zona Voila este o zona linistita, situata pe dealurile de la periferia orasului Campina. Sunt 2 magazine alimentare ce se gasesc la 2 minute de mers pe jos. De aici, se poate urca pe jos pana la Observator pentru a admira orasul Campina de sus (30 min) sau se poate merge la o plimbare prin padure (20 min). Centrul orasului este la 10 minute cu masina unde se gasesc supermarketuri mai mari (Carrefour, Kaufland, Lidl) dar si terase, restaurante si fast-food-uri. La 7 min cu masina sau 40 pe jos se situeaza Parcul Soceram unde se gasesc 3 restaurante, o cafenea/terasa, parc pentru copii, terenuri de tenis si fotbal, dar si o priveliste superba a dealurilor din jurul orasului. Campina gazduieste muzeul Nicolae Grigorescu dar si castelul Iulia Hasdeu, contruit de tatal sau B.P. Hasdeu dupa moartea acesteia. Deplasarea și accesul Campina este situata la jumatatea drumului dintre Bucuresti si Brasov. Se afla la 36km de Sinaia- statiune montana unde se afla Castelul Peles, construit de regele Carol I; 80 km de Bucuresti si de Aeroportul International Henri Coanda; 13 km de Valea Doftanei si Lacul Paltinu; 80km de Brasov; 10 km de statiunea balneara Breaza, 5km de baile sarate de la Telega; 35km de Saline Slanic-Prahova. Campina are statie de tren cu trenuri directe si rapide din Bucuresti/Brasov si autogara.
