"The Hotel is beautiful, the view is amazing, rooms luxurious and very clean. The staff were outstanding, so friendly and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze, valet parking easy and worth it. Bar 36 breakfast and cocktails first class. I would highly reccomend a stay at this hotel. So close to everything. We loved it."
"They gave us a lovely room on 27th floor, very spacious.
Lovely buffet breakfast next day in the lovely atrium of hotel.
Love this hotel and stayed a few times over the years although bathrooms now looking slightly outdated, I realise they haven't changed since my first stay over 20 years ago when the glass wall between bathroom and room was novel and risque!!"

"Great hotel, great location. Easy walking to many key sights. Breakfast included a good selection of hot and cold food and includes espresso and lattes. The bathroom was spacious. The only issue was the condition of the bathroom glasses. They were NOT clean. I don’t know if they washed them in the bathroom sink but thankfully I always check. We used other glasses provided in the room and informed staff if the issue. "

"Nice room on the 23rd floor. Breakfast came with the room and was excellent! Great location to get on the cruise ship even walking with luggage. Ony negatives were the ekevators did not all work so it took a while to get rides up or down. Also the bed was way too hard for us to sleep on our sides."
