Unique, beautifully converted mansion. Loads of character. Setting and view are very pretty. We were there on a rainy October weekend so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor space, but the outdoor space looked really nice. The family room we stayed in was very spacious yet cozy, with three somewhat distinct sleeping areas. Very nicely appointed, exceeded expectations. Welcome treats and beverages in our room were a nice surprise. Check-in/check-out was easy, fast, old-school. Included breakfast in the morning was hot and made to order, which was nice. The evening menu could stand to be paired down though. There are so many options it seems things must get pulled out of the freezer on demand. Everything we ordered at dinner was okay, not great. Highly recommend this place as a B&B. Would maybe get dinner elsewhere in town. Overall a fun stay, would return!
