Nice room, watch your nickels and dimes though
The room itself was very nice - spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Staff was friendly, available, and helpful. The location is in a good neighborhood with ample shopping for essentials and easily accessible from various freeways. I have only good things to say about the essential parts of the experience. My only issue with the stay is what appears to be a company policy to extract profits from customers outside the room booking charges. First off, charging $8 to park in a cul-de-sac suburb is absurd. This is not an urban core or even remotely close to it. So that's a nickel. Also, putting the coffee fixings in between two medium sized water bottles with /very/ fine print saying they cost $3.50 to open is an attempted ripoff. Go to any of the many nearby grocery stores or even convenience markets and buy a larger bottle for much less money. That complaint aside, I plan to stay here again if in the area.
