"Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!"

"My husband and I stayed here with our 3 daughters, ages 19, 16 and 10 and it was perfect for us! The property is beautiful and clean and has everything you need! I was concerned about crossing Highway 98 - but it wasn't as bad as I imagined. My older girls did it themselves with bikes and it worked out well. The property is VERY close to Rosemary Beach and is within a short biking distance! We loved the location overall as it was nicely distanced from the crowds but easily accessible to everything. The hosts Nic and Tom were lovely and check in was a breeze! We would stay here again and absolutely recommend it to anyone! Perfect spot for a getaway near 30A. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Annie’s song. The proximity to the beach was really important to us due to having elderly parents with us. This place did not disappoint. You literally walk off the deck onto the beach. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower as well as the upper deck. Plenty of room in the living room for everyone to sit and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of bed linens. We can’t wait to book this place again!"
