(1,629 reviews) I could see a part of the ocean from my balcony. I chose the least expensive small room with 2 firm twin beds. A/C works good. Wall TV too small to comfortably watch from bed. No chair or night stand. I had to park 5 blocks away at $50 a night. Coffee only in the morning lobby is just ok. Karaoke bar connected to lobby. Not sure what the $35 resort fee was for? No pool. I wouldn’t consider this a 3 star motel. 1 block from beach was the best. I would not stay here again but spend the extra $85 instead for a better place with parking, breakfast and pool. (446 reviews) My stay at the Regency on Beachwalk was perfect. The spacious condo was perfect for my family with 2 young children. The kitchenette was handy for money saving meals and we had a space to hang out during the day that was separate from the bedrooms -- which meant no sandy toes in the bed. The check in was easy and quick, and through expedia I was able to message and keep in contact with the hotel when our flight was delayed. The service was friendly and exceptional, with bedding and towels provided promptly when requested. There is no daily cleaning, but you can leave garbage and dirty towels by the front door in the morning where they are picked up by house keeping. We didn't mind as we are generally pretty clean guests. My only critique is that the property and units are old and the couches, carpet and drapes can probably benefit from a good deep cleaning or update. I stayed at this property 18 years ago as well, and everything about it still holds up. I would be happy to stay here again and again. Thank You for the hospitality!
