Holiday Inn Express and Suites-Lehi - Thanksgiving Point by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The place is great. To be objective, the breakfast is not great. But it will satisfy a large appetite of someone who is not picky. However, the hotel is located in one of the most convenient places in the valley. It counts with dozens of eating places in a 5 minute drive. It is next to thanksgiving point and 20 minutes from Provo and BYU, and 25 minutes from Salt Lake City. "
"It was a great spot. Not necessarily walkable, but about 25-30mins from so many beautiful spots all around and a BEAUTIFUL view!! I was very impressed with the complimentary breakfast. I can safely say thats the best one I have had at a hotel. The hotel was affordable, clean, wonderful staff (and were proactive when I was trying to find something I lost). The full kitchen was a huge bonus too - not many hotels have that and especially not with pots and pans!! There were some minor cleanliness issues with our room but nothing to make a fuss about. Would 100% stay again!"
"There was crap and blood on the sheets. We never slept under the bedding. The floor was dirty and still had garbage and dirt under the beds. The garbage cans had some kind of smell and moldy stuff in it. The toilet seat was loose. The fridge didn’t work, only the freezer. When I asked the cleaning lady for towels she said she doesn’t speak English, yet spoke that in plain English. The girl that checks you in and out is not friendly and barely speaks. She refused to give me a receipt and said I would have to get from Expedia, but they took our card when we checked in.
The dog area is completely covered in feces, and garbage. They have a woman who lives a the motel, from what the police said and she has three dogs tied up behind the property by the garbage can on the freeway side. They bark and are hungry and entangled. None of this is a good look for your business and does not reflect well.
We stayed here 10 plus years ago at this same place, and I can’t believe how bad it has become! I will not be staying there again! I had no where else to go, that late in time or I would have canceled!
Also our last stay the people above us were up all night making the loudest noise, setting off the fire alarm and bathing 4 times, and just stomping every step. This was all night until 9:30 am! I went several times to the desk to tell them and no person was there! Always a sign stating they have stepped away and would be back in awhile.
Very Disappointed and disgruntled!

"Everything about this establishment was fantastic until a new interim manager visiting from a Livaway Suites Seattle site. Three weeks into a longterm stay that would have been maybe 1.5 months maximum, this interim manager greeted me with a condescending and scolding list of grievances with me about policies that I was allegedly violating, yet they were nowhere to be found on the website, nowhere to be found posted in plain, visible view on-site, and not ever presented in any way, shape, or form as a matter of educating and informing longterm visitors on the proper policy, procedures and expectations for extending one’s stay.
What I *was* given was a condescending and unprofessional chastise in which he shared with me that I had shown a pattern of taking too long to extend my stay with a renewal booking, and that would no longer be acceptable now that he was here and running the show. He makes it crystal clear that he has no tolerance for my “delay tactics” as he is just trying to run a business that he implies is suffering at the mercy of my delayed extension check-in and now a second grievance, my supposed uncommunicative methods in leaving them in the dark about my plans, or me informing them I’m going to the bank but not coming back until hours later At this point, I can only think of the now $2,000+ I have spent contributing to this business since my first night that was booked for check-in on February 21, 2026.
