Friendly staff
Lovely welcome from Cassandra on arrival. All the other staff were lovely and friendly too. Great location- we walked to Palma and to Cala major. Shame about the renovations all along the marina as it would’ve been a nice (slightly long) walk otherwise. Lovely pool area, it was empty all morning on our first day! Drinks were reasonable in hotel and terrace has a lovely view. Nothing to complain about with room. No kettle so don’t bother with tea bags!

Worst 4 start hotel
The worst experience I had in a 4 start hotel. When I checked- in, a guy Tony helped me in the front desk. He gave me a room that I didn’t reserve. The room was outdated with a king bed and another double bed. There was no coffee maker but we had two cups in a room, not sure for what. At 11pm, I heard a lot of running water behind the walls, next to my bed. I wasn’t sure if there was a plumbing problem. You could hear people using the bathroom above us and farting. Not even in the US you can hear this type of noise, considering that the drywall is so think compared to how buildings are constructed in Europe. The beds were okay. This is definitely not a 4 start hotel, maybe 3 even though it meets the standards of a 2 start hotel. It does have a nice view if the bay from the pool deck but does about it. Jaime was very nice to change my room to another newer room at midnight.

Basic stay in Mallorca close to the port for the ferry to Ibiza. Convenient location for our 8AM ferry. Only one electrical outlet in the hotel. Nothing outstanding about the hotel.

Good stay
Hotel was great, service was awesome; however, the first room we stayed in had a bathtub so we needed to change (which they helped us and did it without issues; thank you!) The second room was although a tad smaller, newer and more modern but the AC wasn't working. It didn't matter because of the weather in Majorica that time of year but hope they fix it by Summer. Overall, we would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great hotel Approx 30-40 mins walk to the Cathedral Lovely rooms been refurbished great view of the marina. Nice little pool area too. Great Breakfast would definitely return.

Great to return
Yet another great stay in our favourite hotel. Post COVID measures are well controlled and unobtrusive. Staff are all friendly and helpful r. Refurbished rooms are completed to a high quality standard and the balcony view was a real tonic after such an enforced break. A fantastic four nights.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was exactly what I needed to enjoy the port area, but also be within short walking distance of an early morning ferry the next day. The staff was pleasant, the check in easy, the room comfortable and quiet. I also enjoyed dining on the property, the view, and the pool. Thank you for the nice visit!

Great hotel and people
The hotel, the location, the view, the staff, the breakfasts, the cleanliness, were all excellent. The only criticism we have, is that smoking is allowed on the balcony of each room on the no smoking floor - ashtrays provided. As neighbours of a smoker, we could neither use our balcony and needed to close the balcony door to escape unwanted smoke. BUT we will return.

Lovely hotel and stunning view
The hotel itself is lovely, nice view and nice staff! The evening lady (blonde and with glasses) was super friendly and helpful, she even recall the guys on the 5th floor who had loud music. Instead the guys who was in the morning was strange, we felt like he didn’t care.

Very Friendly but dated hotel.
Pros: the staff were on the whole amazing - special thanks to Adriana, Rachel, Pauline & Elena who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and again, staff super helpful. Cons: the hotel is quite dated to be honest and certainly no frills. It is overpriced for what it is and you can certainly get better value elsewhere. One member of staff - Mark/Marc - at the bar was unfriendly, unhelpful and borderline rude. He couldn’t certainly benefit from re-training on guest relations and how to treat customers. The pool was nice but does not get the sun past 4pm which is something guests should be aware of.

It's a good clean hotel with a really great view over the bay and port, nice rooftop pool and bar. There are only a few bars or restaurants nearby within easy walking. There is a "funicular" lift to take you up, but it is extremely hard to find: it is inside the door by the leftmost tall column at 39.556444 N 2.623033 E on Avinguda Joan Miro and takes you right up to the rooftop bar. Be aware the streets are very hilly here. From the hotel to Porto Pi ferry terminal is about 5 minute walk downhill. Perhaps 25 minutes uphill in heat with luggage. The air conditioning was easy to regulate and the wifi worked perfectly with the code they give you at check-in. The television had bad reception for even basic channels, and the safe didn't work. There was no card to say if there's room service or the minibar prices. Check-in acted as if the guests were a burden but check-out was faultless.

There was no information about what was available in the Hotel. No information about services available of any tourist information. Food in the restaurant was very basic and not very inviting. Breakfast was very good. Everything was very clean. Could not have tea or coffee in the hotel rooms. First night our hotel room was not available and we were put in another hotel.

Although a little dated and on the outskirts of the city the hotel was EXCELLENT. Staff very good, breakfast very good, View front the terrace was amazing. Although on the outskirts of the city taxi into the city only 6€. I have stayed in Palma many times and I will definitely be booking this hotel again. ENJOY

Loved the hotel on the whole. Staff nice and friendly. Amazing view from the pool area over the harbour. Plenty of sun beds beside the pool with umbrellas. The only downside was that there was so little storage space in the bedrooms. We stayed for 6 days and my husband had to keep his suitcase with his underwear in it on the small table as there wasn’t anywhere else for him to put his bits and pieces.

Overall the hotel is in a geat location and is clean and well staffed and i would recommend. On tye negative side we were charged at the hotel when we had already paid on Expedia and the price was significantly more expensive. We now have to work to get our money refunded.
