"I was traveling for a family member's funeral and due to flight delays ended up stuck in Phoenix. I booked a room at the Marriott. The front desk staff were kind, considerate and shared condolences with me. I had not eaten all day and was able to eat at the restaurant right before it closed. The staff at the restaurant were amazing. The food was fabulous. Although my circumstances for ending up there were unfortunate, my stay at the Marriott Phoenix Airport was the one shining light in an otherwise sad trip."

"Staff, especially Jesse, was great! Very helpful. Pool was really nice with a gated fence around it. Room was a little outdated, but nice enough for our stay. Back burner on stove didn’t work. Grab and go breakfast was great for something quick. Only thing is coffee wasn’t very warm but microwave in room helped that situation. But we would definitely go back. "

"The mattress on the sofa bed was gross but it was addressed as soon as we showed it to housekeeping and it was replaced. Had problems with key cards working too. Otherwise nice hotel and good facilities "
