The amenities were well-thought-out, everything was clean and the rowhouse was comfy. The neighborhood was sketchy. People yelling on the street, dogs barking at all hours and a pervasive smell of weed. We did not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood or opening windows. It was street parking, but, luckily, we had no problems finding a place to park close by. Overall it was fine for us because we were driving to places we planned to visit- Aquarium, Zoo, Eastern Penitentiary and weren't staying out late. Of note- it cost $5.00 every time you cross the bridge into Philly. Our fault for not thinking to check that out before our visit. The owner was very responsive when we had initial difficulties getting into the house. ##### stacia f.
